***** was awesome. He was early. He went straight to work, solved the problem and even helped with an extra. He was kind and patient as I asked questions. Just another reason why we are thankful for going with ********!

****** came today to try to fix a problem with the back door install. He was very friendly & concerned when I r explained the issue. The first time he did not have the right pieces he needed to fix the problem. He came back later and worked diligently to take care of the issue. I gave ****** 5 stars for his determination to take care of the problem & make better.Renewal by Andersen of Georgia

I want to give a shout out to ******, who came out from Renewal By Andersen to correct the passcode in my patio door. He was on time, he was clean, He was polite. ****** and ***** visited my house to fix a door that was rubbing. The fixed the issue in about 15 minutes. They also identified and resolved two other issues that I had not even noticed. I had an appointment this am with *************************. He is a knowledgeable, and personal young man, as he explained his approach to solving my problems. ****** answered all my questions explaining what created any problems and how he was going to eradicate the problem/s. Very courteous and wasted no time in solving my problems.
