This company always seeks to satisfy the customer. I had a door installed over a year ago. We have been pleased with the look and performance but the door never lined up squarely in the frame. Renewal did not disappint. The service technicians made it work. Just recently ****** exchanged the doorknob because the original one was designed poorly, never user friendly. I am pleased now with everything about the door and also glad that I did not select a DIY door installation. Quality product and reliable customer service all the way!! We were very satisfied with the whole experience. From the initial consultation all the way to the installation process. They kept us informed the whole time and when I had a concern after the installation , I called ****** and he made sure they scheduled us right away and send ****** out to resolve an issue . ****** was very courteous and explained exactly what he was going to do . Overall it was a great experience and we LOVE our new sliding windows in Tarratone color .Renewal by Andersen of Georgia

I replaced all the windows around 4 years ago. I am very happy with the overall quality, there less noise and they offer much better efficiency than the original windows. The only caveat is that sheetmetal wrapping was used on the outside. I had no idea that the exterior side would be aluminum and bent on site. Unfortunately, when I realized what was being installed l it was too late to change. The workmanship was not up to par with the quality of the windows specially where the sheetmetal is held together with caulk. A year later I started noticing places that had insufficient caulking the wrapping was undone and it took me some phone calls to get to the right person. Yesterday ************************* from Renewal by ******** came by and did a terrific job addressing the issues, he even re-wrapped one of the windows. The windows looks great once again. I highly recommend to get vinyl/composite instead of the aluminum wrapping. It will cost more but in the long run its a better ROI. The Renewals windows looks and work great I highly recommend the brand. Thank you ************************* for your hard work.Renewal by Andersen of Georgia

Love ******************** that weve replaced over time. Had some trouble with a locking device on our door and ****** worked feverishly to rectify the issue.
