      Set up a free quote in July 2022 for gutter replacement the gentleman ********************* showed up in the evening after 6 PM and walked around the house, took measurements and insured me when I asked that everything was correctly measured and then gave me an hour long spill about how I was getting this discount after this discount, and I was taken advantage of because my gutters were literally hanging off of my house after storm damage. The price of these gutters to be installed in the old ones removed along with the downspouts was $5442.. my home is only ************************************************************************************** I repeatedly kept getting the same , non-responsive reply that iMessage would be given to the production manager. **** was his name. I spoke with ***** the service manager, ***** on the phone. *** called so many different numbers, trying to get a response from this company and received none whatsoever in almost a years time. This is very frustrating. The front gutter downspout was installed without the elbow as my first original one had. Because of this all the water runs underneath my house directly and its causing major damage. I explain this to the representatives that I kept talking to and no one seem to care whatsoever . Every time I called I was told that **** has already received the message and I should hear something back after about seven or eight phone calls I was finally told that the only way to get this taken care of is to pay a fee in order to come out. I explained *** already paid $5400 of a so-called fee and Im not paying another dime the spout cover at the top that keeps the overflow from flowing over was not installed as it was there before and I have pictures and provided them via text or email.. The back downspout on my house is literally a foot off the ground now and thats definitely not. What was there before. I am so extremely disappointed in this company, and the treatment that I have received the women would even go as far as not answering my call when my cell phone number would come up the reason I know that is because I would call from my work number and there was an answer on the other line I called on the weekends during the week I have been given different Excuses even so much as **** was out of town and thats why I havent gotten a reply. Well its been a year and I have made from my cell phone to my work phone probably 25 phone calls at least minimum and still no response the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced . I never have taken the time to complain on any social media or anything until now because Im tired of that Ive been taken advantage of so horribly. My next plan of action is the BBB. I posted this review on ****** twice in the past two weeks and still not even a response to that.

      I am rejecting this response because: Complaint # ******** is not resolved as the business never reached out to me at all. The complaint was replied to by the business on Monday that they would contact me at by a manager as soon as possible. Today is Friday at 9 PM and I have not received any phone call at all. This is not acceptable, and should not be a resolved complaint.

      I was Informed by the guy who came out to look at the gutters (name is *****************************), he would find problems, and said the leaking spots would be fixed, and new gutters would be replaced. As I had Said was needed. Along with ******* that would be installed. He gave a pitch and had me choose the best deal (what he said they were). I instead got the ******* only. No gutters/repairs of the leaking spots (one is very bad, over the deck). As I was told would be fixed. Some of the ******* hang over the ends of the gutters themselves. Also some of the shingles in certain areas are raised up. I began looking at the price of the same gutter ******* that ****** said only that company had. I found The exact same things available at Lowes and *********** for a much lower price. I was charged three times the price of those items from Home Craft. That took the gentlemen maybe two hours To do the work. I felt Taken advantage of. ****** led Me to believe I would have excellent new gutters, no more leaking, and great gutter shield protection, when i came home. I signed a paper in expectation of what I was Told, would occur. I never Received a call/survey/email on a follow up on how the gutters/******* looked. If I was satisfied, etc. They charged me for a service that was far below what I expected And what, I assumed, I was Told would occur. That was the end. They got the money the money they wanted, and moved on. I am Highly unsatisfied with the services and the courtesy this company had. I am Asking for my money back, so I can Contact a different company to do the work that Home Craft did not do.

      I had gutters installed on my house Oct 2022. I was told I had a year if I had any issues to contact the company. I needed to wait for rain before I could tell if anything was wrong. My back gutters seem to be leaking. I've tried to contact the company via phone, email, website and initial salesman. I cannot reach anybody. I would like my gutter fixed.

      We needed gutters done quite some time ago and found another local contractor. HomeCraft has called almost daily every day since then... at least 8 months. Most of the time I don't pick up, but the few times I have, I've asked to be put on their Do Not Call list. THEY CONTINUE TO CALL **** just want the calls to stop. They use robo dialers with "*****" that calls me saying he's "in my area." Right, I don't care. Just stop calling me. Please. This is for the HomeCraft in the ******, ** area.

      I receive up to four calls a day and have for over a month. *** answered a few and asked to stop calling but block most. Most recently answered and asked that they stop calling and person on phone said no we cant and hung up. Ive also called company directly and asked and have been told I will be taken off call list. Ive received 4 calls today. This is harassment.

      On Thursday, April 13th, I made the worst financial decision ever by trusting a very friendly, knowledgeable and persuasive Regional Market Manager at HomeCraft. I was sold on a superior product and an exceptional customer experience. Needless to say, I received neither after he left. The gutters have over 40 dents on all sides due to improper installation. As of today, they still havent been fixed or replaced. The Service Manager and same Regional Market Manager havent had the common courtesy to come to my house to access the situation even after I sent photos where I marked the dents with blue painters tape. Every time someone theyve sent shows up, they have no clue as to why theyre here. The gutter guards that were to have 360 degree protection were installed with over *********************************** debris and was only discovered after I walked off their work. The fact that someone thought that was acceptable is mind blowing. After 3 attempts, this was finally fixed. This has been the most frustrating and stressful experience and wish they would just come and take it all off so I can go with a different company. All I want is the product and service I was promisedIs that too much to ask? Its a shame I had to write this review to get someones attention. Ironically, part of the deal was that I would leave a 5 star review, and let them put a sign in my yard to promote their company. I owe them $12K by April 13th, ****. Financed same as cash.

      I had my gutters installed in March 2022. I paid $2865 to have them installed as time gone by the far end of the gutter started drooping and pulling away from the house. When I took the top off the gutters, I noticed that water has built up at the far end, and not draining down to where the spout is and causing, the gutter to pull away from the house. I have called the warranty department for three days now and it just goes to voicemail. I have called the company and they just keep giving me customer service phone number. I told them that Ive been trying for three days and they have not called me back , so they took my name and number and they said they will take it to the warranty department but I have not heard anything from them yet. All I want is to have my back gutter reinstalled so the water can drain down to the spout. Thank you.

      In January, your company installed new gutters on my home in ********, *********. However, they were not installed correctly. Specifically, there are gaps between the fascia board and gutters, screen gutter guards overlap at the corners thereby prohibiting water from entering the gutter which is causing water to spill over the gutter, and the gutters are not extended properly to catch runoff from the roof. As a result, dirty water pours over the gutters during rains and stains them. Further, if not corrected, the facia board will rot. I was charged $4,100 for the gutters and installation by your company. As of today, my outstanding balance is $3,536.10. I had the gutters inspected by another professional company. The cost to reinstall and correct the problem will be $1,500.00. I want to hire this company and for your company to write off or significantly discount the balance remaining on my account. I have copies of photographs showing the gutters, my contract with you and payment statements to date. I uploaded them below, but the system would not allow me to send so I will have to provide via email or link upon your request. I await your response.
