Homecraft company has been harassing me for the last two weeks, I do not want any services from them. I have asked them multiple times to not call my phone number and they continue, multiple times a day using the same area code as my phone number. I receive multiple calls from them daily. I have never contacted them nor do I need their services. I block their number but they call back with a different number each time. This is harassment, and I will follow up with legal action if they don't stop calling me.Business Response

We have continued to receive sales calls from "*****" at Homecraft Gutter Protection, which appears to be a robocall up to 4 times daily (including Sunday and late evenings) since Dec. 2022. We have asked that we are put on a do-not-call list, as we aren't interested in any of the services. Calls have continued, and upon attempting to answer, the message continues with no actual person on the other line. The company continues to call under various phone numbers daily.Business Response

Gutters not properly installed. Installed back of gutters against drip edge allowing water to drip between the back of the gutters and the wood facia. Was stood up multiple times, then after several months of me staying on the case, HC sent a crew out to correct. Crew did not make correction and added drip edge on top of drip edge instead of using existing drip edge. This has resulted in damaged decking, and due to adding drip edge over top of existing drip edge (which is not Complient), the lower level shingles have been raised and damaged. The job was never correctly performed and now need new roof, decking, drip edge and gutters. Home Craft should be ashamed for hoping I would go away. I have irrefutable evidence to validate my claim, including over 3 dozen calls and conversations to HC executives, warranty **** (even though this was an install issue by operations), and multiple operation directors and managers who told me they were coming to fix the problem but stood me up creating multiple hardships to me due to lost time at my place of work.,Business Response

Since Nov. 2022, HomeCraft Gutter Protection has been calling us, every day and multiple times per day. The last time was today March 11, 2023 at 2pm. Company calls me twice a day everyday. I have told them on the phone to stop but yet they still keep calling. This has been going on since mid November. I never asked them to come out just information from Angies list. Either I was closed out after my complaint or never was because I was called twice 3/2, twice 3/3, once 3/4 where I picked up telling you to stop calling, once 3/5, once 3/6, once 3/7 where I picked up telling you to stop calling, and then yesterday. Ive attached images of the voicemails *** received two from the dates mentioned above some dating back to December. If I havent picked up or even responded from then please stop calling me. I submitted an inquiry for a service quote on our gutters on (or around) 2/5. Following that form submission, I received a number of follow-up calls from the business - all from different numbers. The next day (2/6), I answered one of their (many) calls, requesting that I be taken off of their call list, as I no longer had a need for services. Since then, I continue to get calls multiple times a day from different numbers, all coming from an "***** with HomeCraft", all referring me to call the number ************, which I cannot find any information on that number on their website or online. I cannot block their number as they use a different one each time (though coming up as "HOMECRAFT" on my caller ID). I've had more than 25 calls received from them in less than ************************************************* and need to resort to BBB at this point since my original polite request over the phone has been denied.Business Response

Customer inquired via a lead aggregator who sold ** the customer information. Since the customer was inquiring about ********************** system services, we reached out one time on Feb 5, 2023 but no the customer did not answer our call. On both Feb 6 and Feb 7, we did attempt to call the customer 4 times each day spread in 2-3 hours increments, but again, the customer did not answer our call. After that Feb 7 date, we made attempts to contact the customer because we were under the impression that the customer wanted a service, and he never gave any reason for us to believe otherwise. We have added the customer to our DNC list, since he did make that request. However, if the customer inquires again via any aggregator, he will probably hear from us again. My advice to the customer, if you are seeking a contractor's service, you are going to get multiple calls from multiple companies. If you don't want the calls, then you need to answer the phone and request that they take you off the call list...ignoring the calls do not change a call center's cadence.Customer Answer

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution (adding my contact to the DND) satisfactory. I do want to emphasize something that wasn't explicitly explained in this response though, that I did request for the business to stop contacting me on 2/6. Receiving 4 calls a day even after requesting a stop is the reason I reached out to the BBB. With the amount of spam calls that naturally flow into a person's phone, there is completely understandable hesitation with picking up the phone from a random number, especially after I had answered and requested to stop calling once previously. So the assertion that I'm responsbile for the continued calls is frustrating to say the least. Besides, I can't envision a situation where the 8th call in two days would net a positive result for your company with any homeowner looking to remedy an issue.Thank you for your time reviewing my complaint,

On Friday 2-03-2023, the HomeCraft gutter protection came to my house to fix my gutter , and incidentally they broke my stairway and the supervisor ***** denying the allegation that it happened by his worker. And since he is not accepting the damage, he is not going to take charge of repairing it .As a matter of fact my handyman stacked the piece of stone on the place which was already broken and that piece was not strong enough to be put weight on.Business Response

Hired to install gutters on my new home. Product and installation was good but gutter caps that were supposed to be installed were missed. I was told they would come back to install. After numerous calls with agreement to install, no one has ever showed up.
