On 9/10/23, I purchased online a FIXD automotive diagnostic device for ******** I completed my transaction with my debit card, I immediately saw an additional charge of approximately $100 for additional services which I did not need, and which were not included in the original promotional advertisement. I immediately tried to cancel my order and saw no way to do so on the **** advertising site. My credit union is closed and I am unable to have my payment stopped.I request you investigate the truthfulness of this advertisement and assist me on stopping this additional charge to my credit union account.The internet has many postings by previous victims about the unlawful tactics of **** advertising and the scam associated with their product. I am on a fixed income and $100 is a lot of money. Please help me stop this charge.Business Response

On August 10th, I specifically chose the option of sensor 1 time purchase NOT the option on the right titled **** premium sensor and free 2 week premium trial. The sensor arrived on August 15th. On August 25th I received a fraud alert from one of my cards, that morning I learned my checking account had been debited $99.00. I later recreated the process of signing up so I could document the process via video. When I clicked on choose the option thats right for you and I dug deeper into the webpage instead of clicking on the PayPal link when I originally made the purchase, the site adds the free trial back in and hides it. Ive emailed about 10 times, called and no one responds. Please note I live on only social security and this unauthorized charge, caused a negative balance and multiple overdraft fees.Business Response

Add ordered car plug-in device and it automatically gave a 14 day free trial for premium prescription. Tried it was not satisfied canceled my prescription four days before my 14th day and was billed for $100 payment contacted them and they said I did not cancel before billing cycle. Which is a total lie. This company is a dishonest scammer company.Business Response
