I was charged $100 after I had brought the product, I wasnt told about any subscriptions and hadnt signed up for the premium membership. I dont know why I was charged the $100 and would like a refund for the $100.Business Response

So last month I bought the **** OBD2 scanner, I love it so far, however, few weeks later I get charged $99.99. With no information on where was that money spent on. I find it very unprofessional the way they sneak your signature into these subscriptions and free trials they know what they are doing. Please give me a full refund, I wouldnt like to take this up to a lawsuit. Your premium service is stated to cost $69 anually, the $99.99 is such farse. I have enough reasons to file a lawsuit, but first Ill give you guys a chance to give me a full refund, since your product is very promising.Business Response

Ive been using Fix d for about 2 years now and I love it I actually signed up and paid for the 60$ premium as well the 20$ for the device and Im on my second Device which is still under warranty it is now non functional for some reason. *** contacted fix d several times for a replacement one since they offer that and Im eligible for it but they keep giving me the run around saying they cant find my account with my email even though Im sending them screenshots of proof, Im just getting frustrated because my deadline for warranty is approaching and they not trying to do anything for meBusiness Response

I bought a FIXD sensor on their website. On the last page, they had prefilled an option to buy a year subscription for *****. I pressed buy, not noticing the sneaky way they added the annual subscription. No worries though, they give you 4 days to cancel but you need the order number provided via the email confirmation. Well they never sent the email confirmation so i emailed them instead and they claimed i bought it through Apple.I did NOT buy the subscription through Apple.Business Response

I purchased a **** device through their website. When I installed the app on my phone it signed me up for the premium service free trial. I cancelled the premium after a week through the app and through the website, but my account kept showing that I was still signed up. I finally saw the charge on my credit card statement and tried again to cancel my subscription through the **** website. The website said that my subscription had been successfully canceled, but when I recently called to ask why the refund hasn't been applied yet, I was told that I never canceled my subscription and that it was now over 30 days past the cancellation period. The app and website are both misleading or simply don't actually work to allow customers to cancel their subscriptions and I find this to be a very dishonest practice. I have spoken to a representative on the phone and was told that I couldn't get a refund for the whole yearly subscription amount of $69.99 or even get a prorated refund for the amount that I haven't used.Business Response

I paid for these devises and one year subscription for my groomsman as a gift. I selected cancel subscription but have just been charged again. I now realize I have to scroll to the right off screen in order to confirm cancellation and dodge continued ads for resubscribing. Theres no confirmation and no follow up emails to know for sure what my subscription status is. I contacted them and they said there was nothing they could do.
