    I agree with all the advertis, everything you.Said about your product was absolutely true. I got it in the mail a few months ago.And just didn't bother to use it until the light went on in my dash. What I had. Been procrastinating for months. I was able to plug it in and have it connected to my car in minutes. Told me what the problem was reset the - light. And told me how much it would cost. Absolutely awesome!!!

    I was charged $99.99 just today. I emailed them right away and told them a year ago, right when I saw I was charged the same amount for the subscription, I called and talked to a live agent that I do not want the subscription. Now they emailed me back and said I did not cancel before the 30 day money guarantee so they will not refund me!!!!!!!!! I CANCELLED on DAY ONE!!!!!!

    SCAM SCAM guys beware and report them immediately they send out false information about their products and then you have to go through all the c*** of returning and they received the c*** back and still have not received my money

    1 ?? BECAUSE I CANT GIVE ZERO! Opted out of the yearly subscription of $69.99 in Feb. 2023 knowing it would come due in Aug. 2023. So no charge was made in Aug. 2023. But Aug. 2024 a charge was made to my card for $99.99 I DID NOT AUTHORIZE THIS CHARGE, they tried again 3 days later and it went through that time. I disputed the charge with my card. But they had to give them the right to prove the purchase, and what they could only show was the charge they made on Aug. 19th, 2024 and the time of 10:49 pm EDT, (I am in the bed at that time.) I called my card many times, (and YES I did have to pay for that charge) after many attempts trying to get hold of ************** to tell them again that I opted out in 2023, so in Oct. 3rd 2024 finally got hold of a person to tell them that I am opting out and THAT I WANT A WRITTEN CONFIRMATION SHOWING I HAVE CANCELLED MY SUBSCRIPTION WITH THEM. I got told they DONT SEND OUT E-MAILS!!??told me to get hold of the support team and tell them and maybe they could do that?? I got on line and looked it up, clicked on it and told them what I wanted and they wanted me to fill out a form that was a $5.00 charge (fully refundable LOL) I did not do that because I would have to give them a charge card #!!! This company are crooks BECAUSE ONCE THEY GET YOUR CARD # WHETHER YOU HAVE SUBSCRIBED TO THE PROGRAM OR NOT ! THEY KEEP COMING BACK AND CHARGING $99.99. And a company (**************) that wont even send me a confirmation saying I have cancelled my yearly subscription with them what else am I to think other than CROOKS AND SCAMMERS! Who keep getting by with it. I HAVE FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE ************************ IN *******. I TRIED CALLING THE # THAT WAS GIVEN FOR THE CEO (**** GATTUSOS for **************) WELL GUESS WHAT! THAT # BELONGED TO SOME ELSE!     Horrible experience for this grandma on a fixed income. Please do some research first! I purchased the module to plug into my car (for $24.99) and later was charged $99.99 for something (unstated). I NEVER downloaded their app because in the long time I waited for the item to arrive, I had time to shop online and found many similar products (including the plug-in piece) for around $20 (and speedy free shipping). Those plug-in modules (I have one now - haven't taken the **** one out of the bag) also diagnose issues and give a code. The code can be deciphered quickly online for FREE. I tried visiting the website to request my money back, but my browser protection says it's unsafe ("secure site not available" and "it's also possible an attacker is involved" or it could just not be "HTTPS"/secure). I've seen that before but I don't trust this company.I consider this a complete scam since I was NOT advised that the purchase included a FUTURE billing (or the info is very well disguised somewhere). Besides, over $120 for this is outrageously expensive. Again, do some research! In my experience, this is NOT a good deal for anyone but the seller.

    I was charged $99.00 and was not informed that there would be a charge, once I saw the charge I called Fixd Automobile and told them to cancel the subscription and issue a refund and they said they would. I have to long in and it said my subscription was cancel but no refund. I tried several times to call them but no one would answer after their recording..wanted ro know can I expect my refund.

    ******** company! Was told year after year my premium subscription was cancelled. This year I was going to make sure I cancelled it, got the heads up email, hit to cancel went through several please stay for discounts. When it went to 2.72 a month I decided to keep. But then they charged me for the full amount. I emailed customer support, who informed me to cancel and ask for a refund. When I did, they emailed me and said you didnt cancel and we are not giving you a refund, I have ********************************************************************************************************************************** payment and misleading your customers maliciously is unacceptable.
