      This company is extremely sleazy prying on innocent people. The workers are absolutely awful and then when you completely pay your account in full with them they won't even remove the collection from your credit report. What an absolute joke of a company. The fact they aren't accredited on the BBB just shows how fake they are. They need to be shut down. ****** needs to be fired, when my roommate and I called him to tell him that our apartment sent an amount that was $900 more than what they said we owed to collections he just yelled at us and said we should pay our apartment. We didn't have heat or water for weeks on end during a polar vortex. Absolutely awful experience and I hate this company and can't wait to see it crumble.

      This company attack the people that can't help themselves. I did not sign a contract with this company or gave any company permission to share my personal information so that they can play with my livelihood to collect a debt I don't even owe. This is how anxiety, depression illness happens. covid-19 took a lot from people now you have these people adding to it. you are stopping people from getting a place to live because you bought a debt and saying that they owe you money i don't even know who you are. Where is the sign contract with my signature on it stating that I rented a apartment from National Credit System. Plus you add the apartment complex alone with your name on it to saying that I have a debt with you. stop doing this to people .

      Bad customer service and unethical intimidation methods. I received a letter from them stating that I owe money when I know I dont owe anything! Wrong consumer!

      I have reached out multiple times and I get told that the person assigned to my file is on vacation, please upload the documents to support that I do not owe on this account, and that they have an inaccurate balance, all they did was update my credit report with a new date. I tried to report on the ************************ received pushback as well. This is haunting me knowing I do not owe them. So unprofessional and do not follow through, just harassing people for accounts they don't even own.

      National credit system, *** Marietta GA ************ is violating the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. They never sent me a letter. I only found out about this/them when I checked my credit report. I have asked the agent for a copy of debt validation documentation/email/letter/ phone records and she refused to send me anything. She did verified all my contacts information were correct, but they never ever sent me any type of letter before reporting me to the credit agency. This is a violation of Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.I send the agent an email saying I am documenting this for my records. She never responded to my email. When I called to follow up and started asking her questions she stated, "oh I better hang up on you. You sound like you getting a lawyer. I can't speak to you." Long story short, she never provided me with anything I requested. She said she can't provide them to me. National credit system, *** needs to be reported.

      This company is horrible. They do not accurately investigate and hang up on customers. The only representative I was able to speak with, talked over me left me on hold, and hung up on me after I told her the debit was inaccurate. I called the property myself and they agreed the debt is indeed inaccurate and was due to a human error on their end. This company credits itself on making sure debit is valid but fail to investigate the accuracy of the debit they claim you owe. If I could give zero stars I would. They harass and are very unprofessional and unpleasant to work with

      If I could give this business a negative star I would. I unfortunately applied for a rental at a "luxurious" property in town and paid all application fees required. I backed out of my decision during the lease application process and now I "owe" for insufficient fees when it clearly cleared my bank 3 months ago. The property sent this overdue amount to National Credit Systems and after calling the number to find out what exactly this debt collection of $125 is for I was connected with the rudest agent at NCS. This is a joke that these people are in customer service. While I understand that trying to collect payments from the public is not a dream job I wasn't even able to get into what information the property management company listed as the debt without the female giving me an attitude. When I called her out on this attitude she then hung up on me. What a joke! Just reading these reviews should put this company out of business.

      Company is violating the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. I have sent multiple requests asking for debt validation documentation. I have yet to receive anything. They sent a letter stating that they included validation documents, but was empty. (I have a ring video of myself opening this letter as proof.) I sent two additional follow up letters and have received nothing but threatening letters and calls. Everything deceitful you associate with a debt collection company, National Credit Systems is attempting.

      NCS has investigated this consumers complaint. During this process, we review our system notes. In this instance, we performed our investigation and believe our company acted appropriately. It appears that the consumer has mischaracterized this issue, and the complaint is unwarranted. We have sent out the information requested to this consumer as of 2/19/2024.

      I paid the pay off amount as agreed and never receive the letter or receipt of proof that it was paid. I was told to wait 24/48 hours and nothing. I kept my end. I really need that copy. Plus I was told it would be deleted.
