1 starThe absolute unprofessional treatment this company practices is unacceptable. As previous reviewers have stated, the only notice I received was a poor voicemail convincing me this was a scam call. When I followed up, ********************* was entirely rude and unprofessional. He would not provide me with any details of my claim, withheld all account information except for the total amount owed and only reiterated he would take my payment over the phone. I repeatedly asked for information regarding my claim only to be met with the same response until ******************* up on me. I immediately called back and was forwarded to Supervisor *********************** who was instantly combative as I expressed I had been hung up on, what information I needed regarding my claim, and how to file a formal grievance against this business given my experience. ***** ignored my questions regarding my account and claim and interrogated me over why I wanted to file a grievance and kept stating they are a third party. I informed ***** Im aware they are a third party but they are a third party looking like a scam and giving no information at all when its being requested so that is worthy of reporting, to me. I reiterated again that I want my account information so I can look into my claim online and resolve it online after reviewing this business and the claim as I have never received any formal notice outside of an unprofessional voicemail. ***** put me on hold saying he had another call. A few moments he returned asking for my payment information and I declined again still without the information I requested. ***** interrupted me and put me on hold again saying he had another call. Few shorter moments pass and ***** returns to confirm my E-Mail randomly so I did confirm then he stated Id receive a link and hung up on me. This was at 6:57 PM when they close at 7 PM. My only call from them was received at 6:18 PM. No link was received and because it was late I couldnt call back. They deliberately sabotage folksReview fromDaphne V

1 starIf I could leave no stars I would. ***************************** called me from this company and advised I had an outstanding debt. He left me such an unprofessional voicemail that I thought it was a scam. When I received a notice, I attempted to call him and left him a voicemail advising I wanted to dispute this claim. I ended him having to call him back because I did not hear from him (the first time). When he answered the phone, he said, ********, let me guess what you are calling about, like we were buddies. He wanted me to send verification of my payment to my old apartment complex to a PO Box which I said I was not comfortable with. I called him back a day later and informed him that my old leasing manager was provided with the payment verification and he told me to follow up with her because they have not received a recall notice. I asked him why that was my responsibility when he is investigating the claim. He started saying federal law requires him to do A-Z and that the call was recorded. I told him we just went over that yesterday and that that was fine and asked him again why his investigation was my responsibility. He hung up on me. ****************** is extremely unprofessional and does not appear to care about getting my issue resolved.Review fromMelinda S.

I received a notice in the mail from the national credit systems *** I called them when they didn't answer I called the apartment complex I ask if they received my payment. I was told that they did I ask why I received a letter from a debt collector. The lady I spoke with told me she had no idea. She saw I obviously did pay in full what I owed. I was told she would look into it. I received a phone call from a woman from the debt collecting place I told her the bill had been paid already. My son was shot and killed by his girlfriend they lived in the apartment not me. The way the woman talked to me from the national credit systems *** She talked to me like I was low life trash that didn't pay my bills. When I told her again it had already been taken care of. She talked to me like I was lying. She was giving me orders and telling me what I was going to do. I told her I didn't need to do anything because I had already taken care of my responsibility. She persisted to talk down to me as if I had to obey what she was saying. When it comes to my responsibilities I take care of them I do not deserve to have a person call and talk down to me after I have already taken care of the issue. And to harass me after my son was taken from us at the age of 30. She went on to tell me that she was going to wreck my credit. I was trying to talk to her and she just kept saying well it's your credit report over and over. She apparently believes that she has a lot of power to destroy someone's credibility. Something needs to be done about this company and how they treat people. I had to watch my son slowly slip away in a hospital bed, they removed the life support. I had to go through making arrangements for his memorial/cremation. I have to wait to see what they're going todo to the girl who shot him. Now I have to defend myself for something I've taken care of. I don't need to prove anything to these people. They have no right to harass me or treat me cruelly. There's a way to do a jobNational Credit Systems, Inc.

I've reached out to National Credit Systems "debt collector" on several occasions. When I first received the letter in the mail I immediately called same day and spoke with a representative and advised her that my grandfather had just passed away and I would need a little time to lay him to rest and I also advised her I will send over the dismissal letter from the courts showing the case was dismissed. She advised to either email or mail a copy of the litigation from my lawyer showing the case was closed by the courts to Client Services. I then received another letter in the mail after speaking with the same rep advising that "I have not made a suitable arrangement to resolve the above referenced debt and to please be advised we will soon report this account to one or more consumer reporting agencies "credit bureaus". Once accepted by a credit bureau, adverse info contained in their credit reports can make it difficult to obtain credit, rent, and/or secure favorable interest rate, You may avoid adverse credit reporting entirely if we can work out a suitable arrangement" after I had just spoken with her in regards to this matter and she agreed to take some time since my grandfather had just passed away. I then called immediately again after seeing the letter and I advised that I had just spoken to you in regards to my situation. She then advised I would need to have my lawyer ********** the dismissal letter from the ****************** if not my case will be reported to all 3 credit bureau's. I then reached out to the Client Services **** and was told that I can email a statement and a copy of my litigation to the email she provided me in which I emailed 3 times on the same date attached with the letter. I called and spoke with the manager Mr. RP and stated my case was dismissed in the courts and is illegal to report to the credit bureau. Well in this case they did. They are the worse company ever.A. I have emailed them several times at the same email ******************************* providing them proof a copy of the dismissal/ closed case from the courts in enough time prior to the 30 days of them reporting to the credit bureaus but yet they still reported my account to the credit bureaus. Ive also contacted the courts where the case was dismissed/closed and was advised that it is illegal for the debt collector National Credit System to report to the credit bureaus if the case was close. I would like to provide the case dismissal from the court once again so that this can be removed from all 3 bureausA. S.

If the case was dismissed and closed in the courts. Why are National Credit Systems illegally reporting to all 3 credit bureaus? Even by me showing them proof and a copy of the dismissal letter they still took it upon themselves to report to the credit bureaus and are updating the credit bureaus every week/ every 2 weeks and every month inaccurate information.
