      Contacted National Credit Systems on 4/29/2022 for verification of debt. They did not send photo or video evidence of damages to former residence, Only included a handwritten note. Company included false charges in debt and are attempting to collect which is an illegal business practice. Have disputed the charge multiple times for inaccurate balance/past due information and company refuses to correct the false charges. Disputed this false debt collection with Transunion credit bureau on these dates: 7/31/2021, 8/7/2021, 8/13/2021, 8/20/2021, 12/8/2021, 6/8/2022, 2/8/2023, 4/5/2023, 4/19/2023. I have spoken with the National credit systems and disputed these false charges many times. They have refused to remove inaccurate information. I contacted national credit systems to dispute these false charges on these dates: 1/6/2023, 3/1/2023, 3/6/2023, 3/23/2023. Currently they have still refused to remove the inaccurate information from my credit report.

      This company and their employees will scam you out of money claiming false debts. They are trying to collect a debt that I was able to prove with payment receipts it was false . The terrible person assign to my case literally asked me to not give her any evidence and when I asked if it was a recorded line she didnt not answer, right after that I had to quickly say the receipt and transaction number that prove I dont owe any money. Needless to say she was furious that I have evidence and even asked me why I keep receipts of my payments. She also read out loud the address where they claim to sent notification and the address was wrong. I have evidence of the address I provided to original creditor to se d any important document. I told her so I would t be try to be scammed out of my money. Still sent them the evidence, sent multiples disputes in credit reporting agencies, they still answer that the debt is accurate. Next step I guess will be taking legal action bc they destroys families with their shady debt collection practices. CFPB has an open case on my behalf against them.

      I was a Collection Supervisor with this company for 19 years and the company...and was asked to clean the breakroom at this company that has a cleaning person....I was told I would be demoted if I didnt comply....so I put my two weeks in and quit...this was VERY unethical....the company also makes the lowest producers clean the break room as well....for a company to demote one of its best Supervisor for this reason alone should not be tolerated.

      I don't have a signed contract nor any contract with National credit systems I have never done business with this company. I am not liable for collection from this debt from ************************, but I have asked them to send me written notice of this every single time they've called and they failed to do so even after I provided them with my updated home address. I am not responsible for this debt with National credit systems. they have failed to provide a copy of the original contract agreement between ************************ and myself, *************************** with my wet signature on it. this account has been flagged and needs to be deleted from credit report immediately.

      This companies phone phone system leads you in circles. They dont try to help dealing with false claims. They say there is a way to dispute a charge on their website but there is no link to any such action. They are very unresponsive. Dealing with them has been a terrible experience. The company that sent them the account has admitted that I didnt owe anything and it was an error on their part but NCS wont drop it. The company that sent them the account says that they contacted NCS and told them to stop the collection and they still persist. I will probably have to take legal action.

      I typically dont leave reviews unless I have a negative experience but considering my experience with NCS, this is an exception. I have been working with a wonderful woman named **** for the past few weeks to resolve my debt and she has been nothing short of kind. Like most people, my debt has been floating over my head like a dark cloud and has made it extremely difficult to get ahead so I knew I needed to bite the bullet and start tackling my debt in order to better my situation. I was convinced that this debt collector was going to be some rude or hostile person but *********** was the COMPLETE opposite. She worked with me to set up a payment plan that worked best for my budget. And even when I needed to reschedule a payment due to an unforeseen expense, she didnt hesitate to work with me to arrange another date. I dont care how much shes making, She absolutely deserves a raise!

      I was literally just trying to call and pay my debt today and the lady was so rude to me. Not that it really matter a what I say Im this little box, because they have to collect what is legitimately owed, but at least recognize that Im a person and not just a file to collect on.

      This company has falsely reported to all three credit bureaus that my account was is in collections when my account has been paid in full. I have communicated to them that my account has been paid and even submitted proof of payment. I also checked with the apartment complex who noted that I have in fact paid in full.

      The debt was added to my credit bureau without the representative doing complete due diligence regarding my dispute. I have been most accommodating by providing my correct last name and my address since I moved in November. I did not deny the debt, the collector of the debt agreed in writing to reduce the debt but the representative is so lazy, they won't reach out to the collector to rectify the situation even though I provided documentation showing where the collector agreed to reduce the debt. I'm forced to now get legal representation to get anything done. This agency should be shut down.
