    I would like to report abuses of direct mailers and email communication by Hello Fresh. I used their services 7 years ago but cancelled after 2 weeks. I have submitted requests for removal every year and all have been ignored. Emails are marked as spam and mailers are continual sent to my home address. I have included a copy of my most recent communication requesting removal from their system.

    I received unsolicitated mail from this firm re: **** benefit information or ********* citizens only with a card to return filled out with information regarding my husband and myself.

    However, DMP has not processed any mailers since October 2022. An unrelated entity, Direct Mail Network, LLC (DMN) now provides this service.

    We understand that receiving unwanted mail can be frustrating. To aid consumers, mailers processed by DMP and/or DMN include Opt-Out instructions (by phone and/or secure online sites ************************* and *************************).

    While DMP had nothing to do with this particular mailer,DMP has added ************************* name and mailing address to their Do Not Contact database. DMP has confirmed that DMN added ************************* name and mailing address to their Do Not Contact database as well.

    Please note: Adding your name to our Do Not Contact list will ensure you do not receive mailers that are processed by DMN. However, you may still receive similar mailers from other mail houses or direct mail processing service providers.

I'm nowhere near retirement age to be receiving ********* You're not a gov't entity and i wouldn't pay you a dime to help steal my info even if i did qualify for it.     I am pretty upset. I don't know how these people got my name and address, but they are sending a lot of people scam letters about a state regulated program which will pay 100% of all expenses up to $35,000. I want them not to send me scam letters again. They better take me off mailing list. I wish it was real.

    I received an official government looking letter requesting information for ******** citizens to receive addition benefits. I knew this was not legitimate, but worried about my Grandparents and parents completing it. They both completed it. This is almost criminal. The mail targets an audience that is already at risk. Its misleading and dishonest marketing. Without a disclaimer, I would call it fraudulent.

    Very misleading and scary. I have received 5 letters in 5 days stating that I took out a mortgage on 7/19/2023 in the amount of $140,000 from First ************* and Trust. I called this bank. There is no mortgage department. This is scary.

An 'official looking one page "IRS" document' offers access to a 'so called' state-regulated life insurance program yet in small print on bottom, "Not affiliated with or endorsed by any government agency". Opt out website 'optoutdmn.com' noted on bottom of page is NOT SECURE so I will not use it. I request that my name and address be added to Direct Mail Processing, LLC's DO NOT CONTACT DATABASE list and NO future mailing from Direct Mail Processing, LLC will arrive with my name & address. I have NO interest in the company's response, just OPT ME OUT, IMMEDIATELY.     I recieved a form from this company that clearly was made to look like a government tax form. The addressee has been dead since ****. They had an opt-out URL on the form which goes to a 404 when the form is submitted. I would like them to take this address off their mailing list and fix their opt-out link.

    They are purposely imitating official government mailings. They tacitly admit this by putting a tiny disclaimer on their mailing that states it is not an official government mailing. They are clearly aware that what they are sending out is misleading.

    Emails spanning over April ***************************************************************** from their lists. I didnt buy my car there. Ive never purchased a car there. And *********** barrage of spam. Trying to buy my car. Sadly, I took my car there for a recall because they were the only place that could take it for months. And now they wont stop spamming me. They said theyre under new ownership by someone named *************************.
