    These people send me mail endlessly. I went to their website to opt out and of course, it doesnt work so there is apparently no way to get off their list.

    Hello, is this a scam, return address is Direct Mail Network, LLC As the photos show I received a document-like form, is this legit?I don't want any nuisance from them!     ****** keeps sending marketing mail after I have contacted them several times via mail and via their website to stop the marketing mail. They have completely ignored the requests. I do not want to receive their marketing mail. I even sent a retrun receipt several months ago with a formal letter to request removal of marketing material via mail, phone, and email. They never returned the return receipt.

    I got a mailing from 'Records Division, *************. I believe my wife ******************************* and I have gotten these mailings before, and requested to be put on a do not mail list permanently, but the BBB address on file for the company is now different than the one on the mailing, so I'm not certain if they are trying to weasle around the do not mail request we had previously made. Also, I found the below about the records Division at another business' website because they keep getting contacted re: them. I've attached pictures of the mailing (Sorry about writing on the envelope but didn't think about doing this before I wrote on it). I tried to find a complaint or something to add on here, as they'd said they'd put me on a do not mail list as a response but I can't find it to attach it.     I recently obtained a small increase in my HELOC. Less than 30 days after getting the increase, I've received 10 pieces of unsolicited mail from the following:Direct Mail Network, LLC ******************************************** Distribution Processing Center ****************************************** I am on a do not call list and do not mail list. These pieces of mail are deceptive at best and fraudulent at worse. I demand that this company not contact me further and also that the BBB fine them an amount that will discourage this future practice.

The business reply mail envelope with Distribution Processing Center and the final notice mortgage mailer you attached were not mailed by our company.

    Twice we have requested Direct Mail Network, LLC aka Records Division, ************************************************** to cease and desist/do not solicit as they continue to send mailings to our relative who died in ****.     This company has to be the absolute most disgusting people ever. I received a ************* for my daughter who was tragically killled in an auto accident in 2006. No that is not a typo on the year. How is it possible for the number of complaints that this company is still accredited by the BBB
