I keep getting mail from this address, for a name of a person that either is dead, or doesn't exsist. I have lived at my address for 14 years, and recently this was the first time seeing homeboys name. I have sent back mail, but it still is coming to my house.

Thank you for expressing your concerns through the Better Business Bureau.

Distribution Processing Center provides mail services on behalf of commercial entities that market products and services to the general public.  The communication you received is a legitimate service.  Consumers who are not interested in the products can opt out of any future mailings processed by DPC so they will no longer receive them.

As you did not supply the recipient's name and complete address, we cannot opt you out from all future mailings of our clients processed by Distribution Processing Center.  You can respond to this correspondence or visit our opt-out site at ***************** to be added to our Do Mot Mail List.

If you wish to opt out of similar mailings, it is best to use a national DNM registry such as DMAChoice (*************)

We strive to answer all concerns that a consumer may have and apologize for any inconvenience this unwanted mail has caused you.

    Respectfully Submitted,

    Distribution Processing Center

Apparently, mail from this company is a ****. How is it that they aren't already charged for mail fraud? How can I stop getting this continued junk mail that is marked "SECOND NOTICE Important Document Enclosed".

"I am incredibly thankful that instead of blindly following the instructions on this suspicious mailer, I decided to research the 'Distribution Processing Center' online first. The numerous warnings and negative reviews from other people prevented me from falling into their trap. The mailer, which i received on January 14, 2025, was in a typical white business-like envelope with the words 'Second Notice' in red ink and 'Important Document Enclosed' printed in bold letters, was designed to look official and create a sense of urgency. However, online research quickly revealed this to be a scam targeting unsuspecting individuals by soliciting personal information.I strongly urge anyone receiving similar documents to:1-Verify the sender's legitimacy Never provide personal information without thorough verification 2-Report suspicious mailings to appropriate authorities My advice: Always be skeptical and do your due diligence before responding to any unsolicited document requesting personal details."

We are in receipt of your correspondence through the Better Business Bureau.  Thank you for taking time to express your concerns.

It is not our desire to send mail to anyone who wishes not to receive it so first and foremost let me apologize for any concerns our mailing has caused you.

Distribution Processing Center provides mail services on behalf of commercial entities that market legitimate products and services to the general public.  We mail for many insurance companies and agents.

We do have an Opt-Out Site (*****************) that can be used instead of filing a BBB compliant. Our opt-out site was built to try to help consumers.  We are not required to do this, but we built the site so that consumers could easily opt out of all mailings we do on behalf of our clients.  We even go as far as providing them information to opt out nationally.  The sole purpose of this site is maintaining a complete and comprehensive Do Not Mail List.

As you have not supplied your name and complete address, we have not opted you out of our future mailings.  You may reply to this correspondence or use the opt-out site (*****************) to be added to our Do Not Mail List.  If you wish to opt out of similar mailings, it is best to use a national DNM Registry such as DMAChoice (*************)

I hope this has addressed your concern.

This company needs to add opt-out info on its obnoxious junk mail. There should also be a confirmation number and phone number that folks can check to see if the request has cleared. If youre reading this, you probably want to stop these ridiculous mailings from cluttering your mailbox, and this is the website the company provides: dpcoptout.com To their credit, it seems to have worked, fingers crossed. In the meantime, if someone from this company reads this, your DOCUMENTS are not IMPORTANT, stop sending them immediately.

I received mail with a second notice in red on the front of the envelope. It is very embarrassing that people will see this and think I have a bill I have not paid.
