I have been receiving this solicitations for a couple of years. I read other complaints and the responses. That website they are sending ** to, is a non-secure site and the form is as well. Todays world its hard enough to keep yourself off the dark web by something like this selling your information. They need to just stop this. Period. Save the trees.

As others have stated, DPC provides mailing services for scammers.DPC, if you read their responses here, likes to play the "gee whiz, we just provide a service. Don't blame us" game, but they know what kind of mail they are handling, and they don't care, because they are indirectly profiting from the scam. Scammers make money off the mailings, and DPC gets paid. And don't believe them that their only service is mailing. They also provide anonymity for the scammers. There is no way to trace the mailing back to the people DPC is supporting, and DPC uses a po box at a *** store, so there is no actual business address. Is it illegal? Apparently not, but they know what they are doing, and therefore deserve every low rating you see here.

This is a company aiding and abetting a scam operation that it passes off as mere information provision. The scam is to promise "benefits" to ************** residents when it is, in fact, a life insurance fraud located in Georgia. This fraud targets elderly people. This skirts close to illegal manipulation of people seeking death benefits.

0 stars for sending junk mail like an official document. It's says 2nd notice to get you to send them information to solicit business. They shouldn't be allowed to do this. Distribution Processing Center is a legitimate scam.

As prior reviewers, I have also received this 2nd notice from the said company! Theyve also reached out to me via telephone, requesting to speak to my husband and only my husband; this immediately **** a red flag as Im the primary insured. I agree with previous complaints as this bs company targets disabled, currently ill/previously ill people. My husbands been in remission for 7 years. Nothing more agitating than a FAKE company contacting you to help with medical expenses What a pain in the a** it is to try so hard to avoid these scammers. Theyve called repeatedly where Ive had to block the number! Please remove me from this mailing list & DO NOT contact me again!

Why would anyone in their right mind do business with any company who would market anything in this deceptive incisive manner? Its scary to think about what they might do with the personal information if someone were desperate enough to provide it. Avoid at all costs.Who knows what they could be doing with the information they receive?!?

They are sending letters saying second notice and wanting me to buy insurance. This is junk mail, and it is not a second notice. This was a lie. If they would lie saying second notice, to me it's a SCAM, and not good business practices and not to be trusted. I want them to take me off of their mailing list. Do not contact me again.

This company is a scam. They send out what looks to be an official envelope with 2nd Notice on it. Please stop sending this junk to me.

It appears this company is targeting people with a disability, a critical illness, a terminal illness, going to die in the near future, or are unemployed. I do not want to ever be contacted by this company again!! How do I make this happen?
