This mail is a scam and a waste of my time trying to get removed from mailing list. What do I need to do to stop this? I don't believe they need a star!

This company has been sending mail to a person who died in 2021. Previous requests to stop this hasn't worked and I feel I'm out of options. As others have stated, my requests have been ignored. What a waste of time, energy, and resources for junk mail. I've also tried blacking out the address and writing on the envelope "RETURN TO SENDER", but that hasn't worked, either.

Wont stop sending mail. I continue to receive mail after having returned the envelope asking to be permanently removed from all mailings. This will be my 5th attempt at this. Theres no information as to who the mailing is coming from at any time.

We are in receipt of your correspondence through the Better Business Bureau.  Thank you for taking time to express your concerns.

It is not our desire to send mail to anyone who wishes not to receive it so first and foremost let me apologize for any concerns our mailing has caused you.

Distribution Processing Center provides mail services on behalf of commercial entities that market legitimate products and services to the general public.  We mail for many insurance companies and agents.

We do have an Opt-Out Site (*****************) that can be used instead of filing a BBB compliant. Our opt-out site was built to try to help consumers.  We are not required to do this, but we built the site so that consumers could easily opt out of all mailings we do on behalf of our clients.  We even go as far as providing them information to opt out nationally.  The sole purpose of this site is maintaining a complete and comprehensive Do Not Mail List.

As we do not have your information, we cannot opt you out.  You may reply to this correspondence or use the opt-out site (*****************) to have your father added to our Do Not Mail List.  If you wish to opt out of similar mailings, it is best to use a national DNM Registry such as DMAChoice (*************)

I hope this has addressed your concern.

    Respectfully Submitted,

    Distribution Processing Center

Distribution Processing Center, LLC in ********, **, is most definitely trying to scam people! This time, the envelope was marked "Return to Scam Business" and put back in the mail. Why would anyone have to select a "star rating" for a scam business?********************************************************************************************************

after answering a few preliminary questions on bbb.org im unable to file a complaint i guess, and was directed to the write a review section. so like alot of other reviewers on here, i received a piece of mail from Distribution Processing Center that was professional in visual appearance and claimed SECOND ATTEMPT: IMPORTANT DOCUMENT ENCLOSED. inside the envelope, there was a sheet of paper that was designed like an official *************** document & a postage-paid return envelope. designed similar to a W-2, the header of this piece of mail was 2023 BENEFIT INFORMATION FOR ****** RESIDENTS. it claimed that me being an OR resident gave me access to 2023 state-regulated life insurance benefit programs that pay 100% all final expenses up to $35,000.i just want to know WHY is it legal for DPC to send direct mailings for shady third-party entities running probable illegal operations.

Why is this company still operating in aiding other business scam the elderly? The mail it send aims to mimic IRS format in documents and to make it seem like they are from a government agency. I hate that using these kind of tactics is allowed to take of advantage of people. The government should investigate these companies.
