      I previously made a review on a complete ***lacement of my upstairs heat and air system. I gave a four star review. The technicians responded, ripped out the old systems and installed the new in one day. I didnt hold back the 5th star because of the workmen. The new system manufacturer is ******. The Customer Service/Sales *** gave all the discounts, but recommended a 2 & 1/2 ton **. I have had Trane and Carrier in the same house previously; 3 ton units. It wouldnt do the job on 95 degree days. Their ************* Supervisor came out and said this was a common issue with Daikin. He accessed Daikins software and made some changes; said it would perform after his revisions. Today, 8/29/2024, is the first 95 degree day weve had since his visit, I have previously ***orted that the ** unit runs constantly, even with more moderate outside temps. The unit will hold 73 degrees upstairs today, but runs constantly 18 hours a day. Both previous units maintained 72 degrees, and didnt run full *******; either the Daikin unit is too small for the job, or Daikin is an inferior design. I maintain 4 stars due to Daikin, not the workmen.W. ***** ******, ****************************

      Casteel *********************** called and advised that River ******** was 30 minutes away. . Arrived on time. HVAC unit was serviced inside and out . Good job Would recommend using this service again and to my friends.

      Terrible!! Had the technician come out to look at our ** to see why it wasnt working properly and to see if he could possibly fix it. The technician didnt even come inside the house to check the thermostat. He just came to the ** unit and took pictures and told us all the parts that were old. He didnt even test any parts to see if the part wasnt working. He then came into the house and quoted us close to 5K in replacement parts and labor!! He didnt even tell us what was the main issue. He basically just recommended a new ** unit because ours was old. When we told him we would have to think about it because thats a lot of money to just fix something. Plus, we werent prepared to buy a new unit either. His reply was, Great. I dont need to do any work. and then left without fixing the **. We knew then to seek a second opinion. We had the 2nd ** company come out and they fixed our broken ** for $245!! The problem was a bad capacitor. I called Casteel customer service to voice our displeasure and concerns. The customer service representative said she would pass on our concerns and a manager would return our call in 12 hours. We never received a call back. We will not be recommending Casteel Heating,Cooling, Plumbing, and Electrical!

      These guys has always been great! From the installation of the system to maintaining it. My recent call was just for a check up so I can stay cool through the summer. They changed the filter, did other service checks to make sure that it's good. He even suggested that I clear the compressor area so it can breathe. I got right on it so that everything works as it should. Thank you guys!!!

      Waited until 5pm on a Friday to call me and tell me the electrician wasn't gonna be able to make it. An hour into my time block. Not professional on the electricians part. Now I have to wait another week to get what I need done cause I not available when they want to come out.
