I went in for a cleaning about a month ago by ************ I was not given proper treatment and was sent home . A week later a dental abscess formed in my mouth and he gave me antibiotics and referred me to a different dentist for a root canal, well at the other dentist office they then found ANOTHER dental abscess on the left side of my mouth with two cavitys that 100% shouldve and were seen on the full mouth exam and x-rays and mustve just been ignored and not treated, they also informed me I do not need a root canal on the tooth that I was sent there for originally, that I just needed a filling redone . I then went to creston dental after talking to corporate to see if they would make things right ( as corporate told me to do ) and the dentist Dr ******** told the manager I was not welcome in the office, find a new dentist, and he would not be coming out and fixing anything or talking to me . Also i was informed they charged my insurance for an exam that they DID NOT EVEN DO CORRECTLY . They are now trying to get it taken off of my insurance so I can get it redone at a better dentist office . The manager apologized for her stubborn dentist and kept apologizing to me . I was treated so poorly & now am having to deal with all of this and pay out of pocket to have an examination done on my mouth properly in hopes that he didnt overlook ( or chose not to treat ) anything else, I already have a 4900$ bill from the other dentist just for the TWO teeth he decided not to tell me about, which I have X-rays and proof of all of this, not including my 56$ exam that I need and thats without X-rays . Keep in mind when you view the X-rays below I was told MY TEETH WERE HEALTHY AND I ONLY NEEDED SENSODYN and prescribed me a toothpaste, they completely disregarded my mouth pain, my concerns and my oral health .Initial Complaint

I am filing this complaint against Spencers Dental because of repeated poor treatment by the front desk staff and office employees. The staff have been consistently rude, unprofessional, and dismissive during multiple visits. They show a lack of urgency, empathy, and care toward patients especially those using ********* This creates an uncomfortable and stressful environment for both adults and children.I believe that no patient should be treated with disrespect because of the type of insurance they carry. I am not disputing any money, but I want the business to address its customer service practices and ensure that staff are properly trained to treat all patients equally and with courtesy.Initial Complaint

************** is trying to charge me for 15% restocking fees. Charges that were never disclosed verbally or in writing. Apart from that *********************************** supposedly gives 24 to cancel to avoid financial responsibility. I cancelled treatment and all future appointments prior to the 24 hour time frame. My phone records prove this. They use ******************* initially charging the full amount of $2550 and after I appealed charges for services never being rendered. They charged the *** account $382 for restocking fee. I appealed this charge and was denied by ************ Dentistry.. I have excellent credit and this is going to negatively impact my credit score. My two minor children were seen on 9/13/24 for routine visits. I provided the clinic with insurance for both children. A claim was sent to insurance for one child and not the other. I received my first bill in January 2025 I called and emailed the company asking for insurance to be submitted for my other child. NO RESPONSE. Ive called to leave voicemails and sent several emails and I havent received a reply from them. On 4/23/25 was my most recent call and emailedstill nothing. And I got an email that my account was sent to a collection company. I spoke to the company and they advised that I try to reach out to the company again. Which I did on 4/23/25. Today, 5/1/25franklin dental calls me asking if I would like to schedule my children for their visits because theyre past due??? I mentioned all of this to the representative and we were on the phone for 45 minutes trying to figure out what happened. She informed me that one childs insurance was added to the account and the other was marked as self pay and her insurance was never added. She reached out to the clinic and billing department. She even added the insurance and advised me to reach out to the billing department. Im more concerned that my account was sent to collections and no one ever reached out to me to follow up. Im now wanting to pursue legal advice because this is very frustrating and uncalled for.Initial Complaint

on 4/24/25 at 4pm that was my appt. time. I would not take any child or adult to this office. they told me that they can do fillings, fix broken teeth and partial dentures over the office phone. all staff was very rude from the min i walked in, talking bad about other patients and complaining about themselves. not greeting patients, telling the patients they are liars. I was 15 mins early and it took them 45mins to get me to the back, where that staff was rude, no greetings, or explanations of what they were doing. (they took xrays- i knew) the doctor was rude and tells me that they don't do dentures or this or that. stuff I needed done and because they close at 5pm the only thing they will do is schedule me another appointment for June in 3 months. my anxiety was high and i told them that. they showed no remorse or comfort just very rude and wanted out of there for the day. please do not take your children there. if i would of know that BBB rated them an F !!!!!!!! i would not gone myself and wasted over a month to get seen. now i must wait even longer to have my dental work done. On Wednesday, January 8th, 2025 at 3pm my son, ******* ******, an appointment to go over a treatment plan for braces due to an overbite, over crowding & gap teeth. The treatment plan verbally discussed was a full set of braces (uppers and lowers) with a specialized bracket in the back to correct his jaw line. We discussed that it would be a 300$ down payment and 50$ to place the appointment. I called the office to schedule the appointment and pay the 50$ fee to place the appointment. On Tuesday February 25th at 1pm my son had an appointment to get the braces installed. I sat in the waiting room for roughly 3 hours and my son had walked out of the back with only 4 single brackets which both the payment plan and the treatment plan stated it would be a full set, not 4 single brackets. One of which was installed so close to him gum line that it was almost touching (his left canine). Having faith in a professional, I didn't think much of it until two weeks later the bracket came disconnected from his tooth. I called to place an appointment to get the bracket back on, in which they informed me they couldn't get him in until 2 months from when I called. Since only having 4 single brackets on, his other 3 was for sure going to pop off within 2 months period. I had to make the choice to get his braces installed and corrected at another orthodontist office who informed me that more than half their clients are from ****** dental because of this exact reason. So on Mon, April 7th he had his brackets replaced completely and a full set installed by ****** Orthodontist I called ****** multiple times, including their financial department they transferred me to and they stated they would call me back within two weeks to cancel the payment arrangements as the services were not provided yet no one has called me back, its been well over 2 weeks and their financing website through orthobank states they are still trying to charge me $5,222.92.Initial Complaint

I was told I had 14 cavities and I needed a wisdom teeth extraction. After almost a year, I found out that ****** Dental did my fillings wrong and they lied about my wisdom teeth growing in wrong just to get money from my insurance. I cant chew on the right side of my mouth and they've been canceling my appointments left & right so I'm seeing a new dentist and she has confirmed all my doubts. They drilled into my mouth for months all for insurance money. I am so hurt and now my teeth have to be extracted or I have to get a root canal. Ridiculous.Initial Complaint

My daughter was scheduled for oral surgery to have her wisdom teeth pulled 2/17. On 2/14 I received a call that they had to reschedule her surgery since I missed the confirmation call- because I was in court.I asked to be comment to the office to speak with someone directly- I sat on hold for 30 minutes while I drove from court to the office. Upon arrival I was told the surgeon would not be available for the day I was scheduled for and they just realized it. They then rescheduled for 3/15. Called their customer service number and filled a formal complaint and was given number ******. I was told someone would follow up with me. On 3/12 I came into the office for an unrelated visit with my son. While here I asked if I could confirm my daughters oral surgery for 3/15. I was then told the surgeon had an emergency and they would have to reschedule for 4/28. Keep in mind, my daughter has been in pain on bc a day to day basic since December/January. They offer me a referral but the place they refer me to may not be available prior to April and its nothing I can do about my child being in pain besides give her ******* from time to time. I then call to follow up on the complaint and almost a whole month hats we they cant find any updates in the system. This place is an unprofessional joke. The 2 young ladies that work the front desk are more interested in their cell phones and work gossip than actually doing their job.Initial Complaint

Went to ****** on January 21, 2025, paid for flooring and install for my new home. Some items were on back order, so we had to wait a while. then the day of install February 17, 2025 no one every showed up showed up after a confirmed appoint to my home at the end of day on the 17th of February we call the install department to learn there were further delays our product was still at the store and had not been picked up so in turn we as dissatisfied customer we canceled with Lowes and requested a full refund since the 17th of February we have gotten one story after the other why we haven't received our money back we want our money we paid Lowes to finish our home so we can move inInitial Complaint

******* ********************************************* are responsible for the damage and loss of 4 teeth. That Mr. ******** drill holes and placed fill-ins.. That on all 4 teeth fell out. Unable or not replacing the fill- ins that fell out with in a period of 4 months. Causing 4 of my teeth to be extracted. I now currently have 2 more teeth were the fill-ins fell out again. After 3 months.
