Went to ****** on January 21, 2025, paid for flooring and install for my new home. Some items were on back order, so we had to wait a while. then the day of install February 17, 2025 no one every showed up showed up after a confirmed appoint to my home at the end of day on the 17th of February we call the install department to learn there were further delays our product was still at the store and had not been picked up so in turn we as dissatisfied customer we canceled with Lowes and requested a full refund since the 17th of February we have gotten one story after the other why we haven't received our money back we want our money we paid Lowes to finish our home so we can move inInitial Complaint

Purchased washer and dryer, pedestals, and all the hookups on 01/10/25 at Lowes in *******. Delivery was scheduled for saturday 01/11/25 from 9-1. One delivery person showed up around 2. He damaged pedestals getting them off the truck. Hooked up washer and dryer and just left. Dryer was full of water and leaking all over the floor. I called Lowes store in ******* and they gave me a number to call to see if he could come right back. Called and all they did was take a message. I called and hour later and talked to someone and got a second delivery for pedestals and to look at dryer for Monday 01/13/25. 2 men showed up and brought pedestals and said dryer was defective. Scheduled 3rd delivery for saturday 01/18/25. Delivery driver called around 10:30 am and said he would be there in 30 -45 mins. No one showed so I called delivery driver back 2 hrs later and he said he was having truck problems and someone would call me. No one called so I called delivery team number and they said they haven"t heard anything about problems with the truck. After this I had my husband call for me, they told him driver couldn't get on post. Scheduled 4th delivery for 01/20/25. When this delivery team came they didn't even bring a dryer they said they were there to pick everything up. He said let me call my supervisor and see what is going on and I said nevermind, just take everything. I am done and I'm not setting up a 5th delivery. They took everything and I was advised to go to Lowes store in ******* to take my receipt and get my money back. Went to lowes and they couldnt help me said the 3rd party ********************* had to refund my money. Called ********** and they said should recieve refund to my original payment in 4-8 business days. I recieved 3 emails of receipts and they did not add up to my ********. They missed the 3yr warranty plus tax. I called and refunded it that day on 01/24/25 to original payment. Other refund was sent in mail on refund card to use at lowes only.Initial Complaint

We started at the Creston Dental in ****** and transferred to ********** after moving. We were given the run around with a few appts after telling them it was a waste of time for the spacers. We got a piece of metal that went into my daughters mouth that was unbearable for her. the rubber band on it broke before we got home that day. My daughter was unable to eat or drink and cried for 34 hours straight until we went to have it taken out. I was told by the Dentist that we would get a refund back from the credit company we used. Not a full refund because of some of the materials used but a check would be issued. I called the ****** and they stated we still owe around $2000??? For what? We don't have any braces or anything anymore and they keep taking it out monthly almost $200. When I called the office I was spoken to rudely once and now I have tried to call back again and email with no reply. This place is HORRIBLE!!!!Initial Complaint

I received a partial from Benevis (********* Dental) onJune 26, 2024.I paid $337.50 for the partial and requested a full refund which I have not received. The partial broke the same day and I returned it the same day. I spoke with the office manager in *******, ** and ******, **. I was out of town and busy working, but themanager in *******, ** stated that a check was in the mail in October 2024.January 21, 2025, I received a text message from ************************** saying that I owe Benevis (********* Dental) $249.50 and that it's in collections. When I called ********* Dental'sfinance department on January 21, 2025 the *** stated that I had a credit for $316.50 in my account and that they sent a refund request to their parent company in October for a refund of $97. She stated that she is not sure why it has not been mailed or processed and that she would try to call me back. It has been nine months and I do not trust Benevis (********* Dental) to call me back.Also, when I called **************************, I gave them my phone number and the account number in thetext message I received, but they would not give me any information because I would not give them my address. I spoke to ***** ****** and he transferred me to ******* *****. This is what they sent in the text message:Hi, ********. I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the services my daughter and I have experienced at your office in relation to her orthodontic treatment. The level of service and lack of accommodations have caused us significant inconvenience and frustration, which I believe need to be addressed **************** are the specific concerns:1.Repeated Oversights in Treatment: On multiple occasions, your dental assistants forgot to include necessary equipment for my daughters braces. These oversights have not only delayed her treatment but also shaken my confidence in the quality of care provided.2.Frequent Last-Minute Cancellations: Numerous appointments have been canceled on the day they were scheduled, causing undue delays in my daughters treatment. This has forced us to repeatedly reschedule, creating significant disruptions to my work schedule and my daughters school attendance.3.Lack of *************** On occasions when we needed urgent dental assistance, your office was unable to provide support. This lack of availability has left us feeling unsupported during critical moments.4.Unequal Treatment of Patients: On one specific occasion, I was informed that my daughters appointment had to be canceled due to a staffing shortage. However, I witnessed another patient being accommodated for a similar appointment at the same time. This inconsistency raises concerns about the prioritization of patients at your office.The cumulative effect of these issues has not only caused unnecessary stress for my family but has also delayed the progress of my daughters orthodontic treatment. I chose your office expecting a professional standard of care, and I feel that expectation has not been met.I also asked to speak with a manager and was advised there was no manager. ?????? ATTENTION::::My 7yr needed to be seen. Mind you I called last week and left 3 messages for emergency visit) NO ONE EVER CALLED BACK I HAD TO CALL BACK. My daughter has braces with Creston ********************************************** She always is given an appointment for them to cancel it. She has went months without services due to them not having a doctor, being under a law suit, and closing the office for weeks and months at a time. They are always at a temporary state, where they are open only on Fridays are not open at all. If we are paying for services it should have been provided. How can she follow her treatment plan without a doctor. And then when they decided to get a temporary one months and months later they want to fault her fir not paying. 12/23/2024 1000am appointment time. Called at 1130, and they told me they do not check ** before giving anesthetics, because he does not have ** issues. Anything can happen at any moment. Just because he is fine, does not mean other children will be. Please check ** before giving any type of anesthetics, because if a child has a serious medical reaction, then it falls on ******, and they are responsible. I was a dental assistant, and I know you're supposed to check the patients **. For example, I was refused work because my ** was low, since I didn't have much to eat before getting a filling done. Requested dental images to be provided to new dental provider (Happy Smiles) due to moving to a new area.Have requested for the past 3 months over the phone and via e-mail as well as in ********* of yet no records have been provided. Patient, ******* ******, is in need of a dental checkup. Happy Smiles need the dental images before procedure can be performed. Dental images cannot be done for one year due to insurance guidelines.
