      After my daughter was heavily medicated by ***** Dental **** she was then verbally abused by the Orthodontist along with a staff member. Tears rolling down her face he continued to scream at her just inches from her face. He insisted thst her braces would need to come off before treatment was complete due to missed appointments. I tried to explain to the ******************** that they canceled many of the appointments & some were missed due to the pandemic. He had no concerns whatsoever & demanded that we schedule an appointment to have them removed. I miss a full day of work just to have my daughter screamed at & to be told I would need to miss another day of work. When I took my child back for the next appointment I was told that I would need to sign a completely false document stating that I requested that the braces be removed against Drs advice. When I refused to sign the false document I was told that my child would not be seen & that we would not be permitted to come back for further treatment. Now my daughter has braces which I was told were already prepaid for by her insurance & no orthodontist to care for her.

      My daughter has braces on her teeth. It's past time for them to come off. I've paid for them in full, & she's not getting the service she needs to get them off. I do understand covid hit, & a lot of appointments were canceled or moved to another time, but they keep canceling her appointments, & not calling us back to reschedule. If we cancel, I know it's our responsibility to reschedule. If they cancel, it's their responsibility to call & reschedule, but they aren't doing that, which is pushing the braces being removed, even further out. I feel like they are procrastinating because the braces are paid in full, & they are taking their time for that reason. We barely get anyone on the phone when we call, & they are not returning phone calls. I keep calling about the situation, & not getting a response. I'm hoping you can help me with this matter. Thank you

      In December 2022 ******* Dental in ***************** made a dental apt for me for march 30th 2023. The day of my apt i called to let them know i was in route to the apt. I find out my apt was canceled. The first person i spoke with at the call center said they tried to call me the **** before to confirm and since i didnt answer they canceled. I told her i could prove they didnt call me by phone records. She told.me to call the office. So i tried for an hour calling back to back and couldn't get an answer i called the call center again and they said same thing..that they called qnd i didnt answer. I told tthem no they didnt. So i tried to get a numner for corporate. I was given another call center number in which ****** said the same thing!! So she told me to call that number again and press 0 to talk to managment so i did and i left a message. I called the Headquarters number and spoke with ******. She was the only helpful one..she told me that no one attempted to call me to confirm so my apt should not have been canceled. So everyone i spoke to before her lied to me to cover their ****. Because this is patient neglect. I read 100s of ****** complaints regaurding same thing!! Its a sad situation. The only reason i continue going to them is because of insurance i have no other choice!! But this is patient neglect at its finest. I need dental work asap!! I will post pictures of some reviews and pics of my call log as well even though ****** confirmed they didnt try to call. The office will not answer the phone for anyome even the call center. And im guessing its because of this issue right here! This is not professional. And im not sure what happend to this place but the office management needs fixing!! I want a apt asap. I cant wait months after already waiting 3 months to be seen. Im in pain!! This is rediculous!!

      In August 2021 Topaz Dentistry @ ********************************************** canceled my granddaughters appointments stating they didn't speak to me to verify I was still bring the girls in for their appointment. However, I DID return their call and spoke with whomever answered the line and verified both girls appointments. I spoke to office manager ****** about this & all she did was continuously apologize & stated numerous times during the conversation that this is their company policy to cancel when unverified. But again, I kept telling her over & over that I did verify but she said it didn't update in their computer. No resolution, none. Then it happpened again in November, same thing. Now here we are yet again & yesterday 3/27, I took my granddaughter in for a Orthodontist appointment, same office and wouldn't you know it, they canceled again. Stating same issue wasn't able to verify we were coming. Called and spoke to ****** manager, she was rude on phone as well as in office didn't realize she was the manager. She said, 'Well, I personally made the verification calls', I told her, 'either way, I never received these supposed calls'. Asked for corporate ph #, she wouldn't provide. Stated supervisor would call me, never received call. First of all, I never received the call. Second, why make appointments for your clients if your just going to cancel them. Third this happened with this office on several other occasions but these are the most recent and I can remember when they were scheduled. I would not ever recommend any one to go to this office. I will make sure to let everyone I speak with who inquires about dental services know to NEVER go to this office. I am also about to contact the ***** Dental Association to file a complaint against them as well. This IS NOT how you treat your customers of over 8+ years. Not sure why this is asking for documentation just wanted to file complaint. 0 Stars is what I would have liked to give this company for lack of satisfactory svc

      On 1/16/23, I was scheduled to get my cavities done & get a deep cleaning. I was called the day of my appt & was informed that they couldn't do my deep cleaning because they only had one hygienist & could only do my left side cavities. When I came in to get that done, they did my right side & not my left like I was told early & didn't really know what I was getting done. I had to explain what I was told was going to be done & what I still needed. Then, after all that, I scheduled the deep cleaning of my whole mouth & left side cavities & was told it would be an all-day procedure, but it would all be done. When I got a reminder call about the visit, I reconfirmed and was given the amount that it would be. I came in today, 2/8/23, for the procedure & the deep cleaning & when I was taken back, I was misplaced & in the wrong area & no one knew where I was till I said something after 30 mins. Then when they got me to where I needed to be, they told me that I was only getting my left side done for my deep ******************* when that wasn't what I was told or what was supposed to be scheduled for. They said that the insurance only pays for one side at a time, so not sure why I was told something different again before I came in. Then I had them schedule my right-side deep ************ wanted to make sure the insurance would pay for ****** was informed I would need to call my insurance since the claim department isn't able to tell them anything since the claims for today haven't been processed. I asked if when they called me to remind me of my appt a week before 3/7/23 if they could give me the amount I would need to pay & I was informed no, which was weird since they had told me before on the last one that I had done today 2/8/23. She then told me she couldn't help me & hung up on ********* when I try to call back to get some answers, they will not answer the phone. I feel this is very unprofessional & they don't know what is happening from one moment to the next.

      I paid $1297.00 for aligners in total, but my teeth are much worse after them and I'm in constant pain. I was told that they are going to fix the problem, but I've been waiting over a year and in that time they had me wear old aligners until they hurt my gums, developed sharp edges and eventually broke. They have done multiple impressions, one recently, but still have not fixed the problem. I was never self conscious about my smile before.       I paid for my dental partials in ***** in 2021, started the process of having them made approximately in September 2021 did not receive the actual parcels until the spring of 2022 because they would not fit properly every time they had me come in. They still did not fit properly when I received them but was told that they would call me for a lab appointment which they never did. In the fall of 2022 I insisted on an appointment because of this issue, I could not even wear the bottom partial on a regular basis, because it did not fit properly. I had to wear it in order to eat , but it would flap around in my mouth. I actually had to go in for an appointment earlier in 2022 after they sent me home with the partials because it broke off a crown that I had in my mouth. They replace the crown for free because of this. at that appointment, I was told the same thing they would call me for a lab appointment. Again, I insisted in the fall that I needed an appointment at that time they took the partials to have them reset android more impressions to try to get them right. I was told it would take approximately three days. It has been at least three months now and I have not even been able to get back in to see them because theyre booked up. The first appointment I was able to finally get in November. I had to cancel because I had Covid. They rescheduled me for December and then I got a call that I didnt see the message for until the day after I got it which was the day of my appointment saying that the appointment was canceled because they had overbooked. Now theyre telling me that I was a no-show for that appointment which is not true. They said they called back and left a message saying that someone else had canceled or whatever and they could still see me. I have the messages on my phone . The second message just asked that I please call back. Which I did and only got the answering machine so I left a message. I did not receive a call back until the beginning of January

      **************** at ******* dental was rude and very disrespectful also Im in a lot of paid. Worst dentist visit ever, **************** entered room, no greeting, then i introduced myself and ask how his day was going. Very short response: ahh yea Im ***************, I say ok and ask again how his day was again . Ignored, shoving block on right side of my mouth and only speaking to the dental assistant ***** who was really nice. *************** was wrong and unprofessional, seems he feels he is untouchable. I need BBBs help. If you guys dont hes probably going to get his a** beat. (Pardon my language)

      On 5/11/22 I signed a contract with Cortland Dental at **************************************************************************** ************** to start braces treatment (**********). They required $200 down, then installments of $125.00 starting on June 12, 2022, for 30 months for a total of $3950.00. They used ********** to make monthly withdrawals from my checking account. **************. My account number is *******. On June 12, 2022, ********** withdrew $208.33 instead of $125.00. I called to address/complain that the withdrawal amount did NOT match the payment amount specified in the contract. ******** (*******) then informed me that my mold for ********** needed to be redone; bad impression. So we agreed that when I returned to try and get fitted again for impressions again on 7-19-22, we would adjust the contract. ************************* was the assistant who prepare the contract both times; **************. The contract was adjusted to $208.33 for 18 months. The fitting was unsuccessful again, and the supervisor/manager attempted after the dental hygienist and was so rough she put a large cut in my inner gum, without even an apology. At the next meeting on September 13th, the supervisor/manager informed me that they couldn't perform services for me, but one of their other offices in *********** had special equipment that could. They said they would call in a week. They never did, so in two weeks, I called for MY MONEY BACK and was mainly corresponding with *************************. She agreed. She said 3 weeks from October 11th I would receive a paper check in the mail. I also called ********** to have no more withdrawals made from my account. I want the $200 downpayment, plus the 4 payments of $208.33 for a total of $1033.32 for ********** services NEVER rendered. I have called for 5 WEEKS now with the "run-around" and left a lot of messages with no return call. Their service and communication were poor from beginning to end. They should reimburse me for the inconvenience they have cost me for time away from my job for services not rendered, and NOT REFUNDING the money owed to me,

      I have received a bill from the company after years of them telling me I had a 0 balance. I have removed my son from this facility and he now goes to a different dentist. Then all the sudden I get a bill for *******. After 2 supervisor audits they gave me a balance of $220.40. I guess they found all the missing payments. So I pay this bill and yet get another bill for $273. I call them and try to talk about it after I've sent them a check for $220.40 and 6 months trying to figure it out. They say they credited the check for the $220.40 but I still owe $313. Some of these days they are from 2017. I do not understand how I pay off a bill that is sent to me that supposed to tell me how much I owe after they fixed it everything, to then send me a bill and say I owe more . My son has not been there or had any services I removed him from the facility. I can't get anybody to answer a phone when I call that's a supervisor they always have to call you back. Then they call me back during the day when I tell them I'm not available till after 3 PM. At this point I feel I don't owe them anything since I paid the balance they told me I owed. I don't understand how the balance keeps changing.
