  If I can give a negative review as in -5 stars I definitely would. I had high hopes with the talk of competitive pricing, but we didnt get past searching for a quote for me. This ********************* didnt realize he took me off hold and I heard everything he was saying about me, everything unprofessional and rude. Very derogatory terminology that Im sure I cant say on here. I do not recommend atlas movers in **************.

  Misleading quotes by hired brokers at Atlas Mover Group. That company quoted me 3k to move, on moving day, I was charged over 9k by the company they sent to my home and they kept my down payment. I ended up paying over $ ******. Their brokers urge people to sign up for services by offering great discounts. Please investigate that *************** policies as they are ripping people off.

  Wish I had read the reviews here before hiring Atlas movers. They contract out to other companies so the initial estimate they give is not anywhere near what you end up paying. They originally quoted us $4000 but upon reviewing the manifest that we wrote up for their convenience, we found that the sales person had removed large items so they could offer us a lower quote. After talking with a manager and asking them to review the case, we were quoted $6000. The day of the move, the movers approached us and said that it was going to be more. We asked us how much more and he said just a little more. Once everything was on the truck he said it would be $11,700. Thats significantly more and with our stuff already in the truck and us having to move that day, we were forced to agree. On top of the significant price change, the movers made a mistake on our paperwork, writing that our stuff should not be delivered for a month. We called Atlas everyday for a month and they would not even stay on the phone with us to figure out what had happened. It took 3 weeks of calling for someone to even check our paperwork to determine the issue. Working with them has been a nightmare. Theyre no better than criminals.

  DO NOT USE Atlas Movers LLC, or Exclusive Movers, or Gold Creek Relocation. I would give ZERO stars if I could. This company is a scam, Atlas Movers LLC in **. Atlas Movers not associated with Atlas *** Lines or Atlas World Group. Atlas Movers brokers to Exclusive who has no care in the world for your belongings. They con you out of more money claiming the bid for ***** feet quoted from Atlas is incorrect. Then they hold your items hostage as they demand more money to load the remaining items, or they will drive off with what is loaded. They demand cash and do not speak clear English. They also left a huge mess of tape rolls, garbage on our lawn. They did not pack items safely and every box we received at the end was damaged. Also, after they initially pick up your items they are transferred to another non-reputable trucking company, Gold Creek Relocation, who then demand more money even though they only have the original cubic feet quoted by Atlas Movers. They claim you have to take it up with Exclusive, but when you try to call, they either claim ************* you back or no one answers. When you try to connect with Atlas, they also tell you to call Exclusive, who will not answer. If you do not have the means after being conned out of money for the additional cubic feet, they claim you have, now you have to either pay the additional funds or have your items put in storage, then charging you for storage. After opening boxes, we found a lot of our items were damaged beyond use. The two middle companies do not speak English well and communicate in foreign languages between employees. DO NOT USE Atlas Movers LLC or broker with a company that uses Exclusive Movers or Gold Creek Relocation please spread the word.

  This company contracts out to other moving companies that fraudulently miss calculate the cubic feet of household goods to be moved. DO NOT USE THIER company!!!!!!

  When my initial estimate was provided, I was assured that this estimate was inclusive of all costs associated with the move. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. Unethical Estimate/Unfair charges: The day of the move, I was presented with a final bill that was more than double than the initial signed estimate. The discrepancies were not explained adequately & I believe this constitutes an unethical business practice. Failure to Honor Agreement: The conduct not only violated our agreed-upon estimate but also breached the trust I placed in their services. I believe this constitutes fraudulent behavior.Loss of Deposit: I made an upfront deposit as part of the agreement. Due to the company's failure to deliver a fair and reasonable estimate & the unprofessional conduct throughout the transaction, I am requesting a full refund of my deposit & if necessary, will take this matter to small claims court. I have attempted to resolve this matter directly with Atlas Mover Group LLC, speaking with *******, a company representatives but my efforts were unsuccessful. Her conduct was unprofessional & she advised that I had 2 choices; pay an additional $6,570 or cut my inventory that was agreed upon by more than half. The driver also spoke to her and stated that I indeed did not have more than what was listed; in fact, I had packed less. She stated that there was nothing she could do & advised that there was no supervisor or manager that could assist in this matter. She proceeded to cancel the move but refused the refund of the deposit. I believe their practices are not only unethical but may be in violation of consumer protection laws. The lack of accountability and transparency from their end compels me to seek additional assistance in resolving this dispute & take appropriate action to ensure fair & ethical business conduct. My desired outcome is a full refund of my deposit & an investigation into the company's business practices.

  This is the worst company ever. If I could give less than 1 star to these crooks I would. This is a scam! We entered into a contract for $8100.00. We had a solid binding contract. This is a broker and there were 4 companies involved. Our deposits went to two different companies. One was United Choice Movers in the amount of $602.70. The other deposit went to Long Distance Moving in the amount of $2100.00. The people that they sent to get our stuff was **************************. ************************** REFUSED to take our stuff per the contract that we signed. They said that the broker did not do proper inspection when they took the inventory list from us and the truck that they brought was too small for all of my stuff. The employee from ************************** proceeded to write up a new contract and tried to get us to sign for $18000.00! There was no way we were going to agree to pay an addional $10000.00. We called the merchant and told them that we could not do that and that it was their fault. We explained that they voided the contract that we signed when ************************** refused to take our stuff based on our agreement with Atlas. Our inventory did not change from the original terms. It was the at the fault of the broker and the merchant. They took the cancelation but refused the refund of the deposit. We were not told that we needed to complain and cancel in writing. How could we do that when we canceled the day of because the moving company refused to move us based on our agreement. This was a horrible experience and the biggest scam I have ever been party too. NEVER USE ATLAS MOVER GROUP LLC, LONG DISTANCE MOVING, UNITED CHOICE MOVERS OR ******** *** LINES!!!!

  Wow I have never been spoken to so rudely in my life. And employee by the name of *********************** called me twice, left two voicemails, and texting me concerning a move. When I asked for him to stop calling me, he proceeded to call me stupid and left me an extremely disturbing phone call calling me a c*** among other names. All of this was unprovoked. Im not sure whats going on with him, but I hope he can get some help.

  Worst company I have ever potentially worked with. Luckily I did not.Got a quote 11/7 and told them I had 2 more coming that weekend and he said he would call me that weekend. When I got his quote it stated that I refused a visual inspection which I was never even offered and why would I reject that when they other 2 where in person. So be it.Never heard back from them. After about 10 days from the other quotes I selected one of them based on them reaching back out and seeing if I had any other questions. Today Atlas calls me and I said I have already signed with someone else. He immediately starts yelling at me and then hangs up.I then email him this This may be the rudest encounter I have ever had with a service. You quoted me on 11/7 and I told you had had 2 coming out that weekend and would compare. You then stated you would call me after the weekend and never did. You called me today and yelled at me and were rude when I said I signed with someone else after over 2 weeks of not hearing from you. The person I signed with did a follow up, unlike you. You have confirmed by yelling at me and hanging up on me and not giving me time to even answer that I 100% made the right decision. I am glad I am not stuck in business with someone like you or your company.I will be reporting this to everyone that will listen including all social media. If you are not willing to give quotes without a definite sale you need to not advertise free quotes. And his reply back was:That was easy, wasn't it? and would have been easier because you wouldn't have had to type all that. I did follow-up you didnt answer like everybody else. Don't ever waste my time again or my companies time ****......Therefore I'm out.I am so glad I never booked with them.As a follow up:He replied stop threaten me (yep spelt like) when I stated You Never followed up. No voicemail or missed call But at least now I have your reply to show you did act like a fool.

  Absolutely a scam. I hired them to help me with a long distance move, they insisted they could easily take everything I owned on the truck. First off, THEY didn't move anything, they just subcontracted real movers without telling me they were gonna do that. Second, when those movers arrived, they explained they could take less than one fifth of the items Atlas agreed upon moving, unless I was willing to pay about three times as much as I initially agreed to. When I talked to customer service to ask what was going on, their customer service just explained to me that their initial quote was nothing more than an estimation. Which is honestly an insult to say, given they legitimately took less than a fifth of the things they agreed to. Then, what few things they actually moved didn't arrive until over a week after they told me it would arrive. I spent that time wondering if they just stole my things, because each time I talked to customer service they just explained that they had no way of knowing where my things were. Ultimately, even doing something silly like using *** to ship my things would have been cheaper and more effective than this company, they did nothing but take my money. Hopefully this can help someone else not get scammed like I did.
