  Terrible experience. On the front end they make you feel like all is simple and easy. We set up services for our move from ** to MD a month in advance. We tried reaching out to them the week prior with no response. Finally 2 days before our scheduled pickup we were able to connect with someone via email who informed us our move was "on hold" this is just the start of the Terrible. We were able to get the move active and it only caused a single day delay. We were thankful. We had pre-payed the 70% deposit in advance and understood the balance would be due upon pickup. We did inform them we are Senior Citizens so they gave an additional discount. Now comes the day the movers arrive. Our Bill of Lading clearly states that we will have 40 boxes and 50 pieces of furniture (compromised of couches, beds, chairs, lamps) they understood the size of the home. Before packing all of our belongings they informed us that we would need to pay an additional $9,000. This amount was way more than originally quoted. $9,000 cash. Completely absurd. We were lucky because we had not yet sold our home so we were able to say get out of our home and had time to make other arrangements. Please be aware that this is not okay. This is terrible. We could have been completely taken advantage of should our home have been sold already and our deadlines firm. Do not use this company I cannot stress it enough.

  i hied this company to move my stuff from ***** to ******** talk to a guy named ***** set up the move for october 2nd 2023 so they had from october 1st to the 2nd to pick up my stuff that gives them a 48 hour leway from the 1st.that friday before another guy called me said my moving date was confurmed for that october 2nd then about hour later he called back and asked if they could do it that saturday i told him that was not gonna work for me.so come that september 31st a guy called me and said hes shelduled to pick my stuff up the next day on october 1st any wheres from 6 to 9 am well no one ever showed up so i called that number back and he told me they had to give that pick up to someone else.he told me someone should be calling me in a few minites or in a few well i got no call on the 2nd i had a flight out of ******** ***** to ******** so that morning i got a ride to the airport to be there at 6am with my stuff still not being picked up so i flew to ******** *************************** called my brother ***** in ***** he told me they never picked my stuff up still here it is 5 and half hours later on the 2nd of october so i called the company and complained well they finilly picked my stuff up on the 3rd of october so they loaded my stuff on a truck remind you it was a up front cost of $1186.50 and when they picked my stuff it was another $650.50so my sister called me said they was there to pick up my stuff i talked to a guy he said he was there to load my stuff and befere i hung up i asked him how long it gonna take and told him i see him in couple days ******* that following friday he said.well come that friday no truck has showed up a week goes by no truck has showed and i called. well when he got to ******** he called me and said he could'nt get the truck to my place so he dropped my stuff of in parking lot about **** feet from my house remind you i had to give him another $650.i do have all reciepts atleast i would like some of my money back.
