      TruTech wildlife service of ****** came to my home and did a wonderful job! I have truly never been more concerned about wildlife in my life up until recent. We found bats and rodents in my attic! The first company I called promptly came to my house and wanted to charge me an inspection fee! After looking around and trying to decide the best course of action thats when I found a listing for TruTech, so I called and they came out and from start to finish my professional wildlife consultant did a tremendous job explaining what needed to be done, how they were going to be doing it and the importance of why they do it. Never in my life have I been so willing to get started on a project of this size and nature! Everything he said they would do they did! The quality of the work was the real cherry on top. Aesthetically pleasing and definitely home improvement. They complete redid my attic space. They took out all the old insulation and sanitized and gave it a parasite treatment. Then put in 2ft of brand new insulation! Its been a little over 7 months sense the work was done and Im still amazed on how they were able to help me and at the capacity they did! Thank you so much TruTech!!!!

      TruTech service contracts appear to me to be a scam. I don't recommend them - and don't sign a contract that is not written exactly as you want work authorized. We contacted the ************ ** field sales rep in March for rodents in our attic. He quickly responded by phone and in person, we agreed on TruTech treatment to attic access spots on our home, no discussion of an annual contract. His GA home office emailed a contract that stated we were paying ongoing monthly service fees for a year. We spoke to sales field rep by e-************ and agreed we were only hiring the initial treatment and one month follow up. We asked if the contract should be edited to state just one month service. He replied email he would "go month to month starting with one month". Could he pick up a check now or take a credit card? I should have listened to my red flag alert, but we wrote a check for $1,278.00 for treatment & 1 month. He cashed it next day. A tech came for 2nd monthly service to traps on May 9, and on May 10th I e-mailed rep to clear the account and stop service as we had agreed only to 1 month. He has never replied, his tech came here 2 months and both times we updated rep to please cancel. In June after 2nd month invoice I again e-mailed rep to stop, plus I called the GA billing office "to zero our balance" and cancel since we did not authorize ongoing service. Accounts rep said we had to pay since we signed a 12 month contract, but she'd have the bait traps picked up. I re-iterated field rep knew we only authorized one month service.Obviously, since TruTech is not upholding their 12 month contract and picked up the traps, we should not be charged for any service we did not authorize. I've talked to the accounts "manager" and she insists we owe the service fees based on the 12 month contract, but after several calls and her slow responses, she sent us one month charge invoice for $89 vs 2 mo plus fin chg. Still waiting for -0- confirmation. BE WARE!

      My experience has been that the company was quick to come out and get me signed up and paid for $ervices. There has been miscommunication in that the rep. tells me one thing and the fine print of my contract says something different. Once contracted getting them to come out when I hear activity, in a reasonable amount of time, has been a problem. It's been 9 days since my phone call and now I'm being reschedule and having to wait another 2 days. When I call to get help the number seems to be a general number and when you ask to speak to someone in management it does not happen. I am constantly being rescheduled when rebaiting the outside boxes which isn't too big a deal because I don't have to be home but still, how hard is it to keep a commitment/date. Since my services began I am now on my 4th person who comes out to the house for my monthly service. I am looking forward my contract expiration so I can sign with another company.

      I live in ** where the mice and rat situation is getting out of hand. I hired them 2 years ago spent $3,600 if not more still seeing rodents around the property. Their website claims they'll return your money to you if the issue isn't resolved. I've called their office several times and have yet to receive a phone call in return or my money.Please do not hire these people. Go on ******* go to ********** or Amazon and figure it out on your own!Ripped off, they saw a house full of females and took advantage! Shut them down and payus back our money!!

      Trutech scammed ** out of $4000. ****/**** whatever his name was came in our home and seen that we were new parents with a 2 week old baby and still took advantage of us. This company needs to go out! I cannot believe they are getting away with scamming so many people!

      I'd give Zero stars if I could. I have a problem with moles and voles. A tech came out and did an inspection. He recommended a 2 part resolution. Part 1 was gassing the pests (Wildlife Control Program). Part 2 was an ongoing monthly deterrent treatment (Wildlife Control Recurring Program). He said the ongoing monthly deterrent treatment could be canceled at any time. I signed the contract and paid over $1600 up front for the gassing treatment and one deterrent treatment. The Wildlife Control Program runs for a period of 30 days. The contract reads: *********** will include up to 3 visits within a 30 day window based on activity. To date, they have only been on my property twice for treatments, one gassing and one deterrent.The initial treatment was on 4/20/2023. The contract also reads Initial treatment will be followed by a re-inspection within 7 days. They failed to do that on time. I had to send them an email on 5/2/23 informing them it had been 12 days and they had not re-inspected. The technician came out on 5/4/23 around 11 AM, re-inspected and put down the deterrent; 14 days from the initial treatment, not the 7 days specified in the contract.I received a text on 5/15/23 informing that I was due for the 2nd deterrent treatment (Wildlife Control Recurring Program) on 5/18/23. I called and canceled that treatment on 5/17/23.Additionally, the contract states This third and final visit will only occur if a treatment was performed on the second visit or if the customer calls for activity again following the second inspection with 30 days from the initial treatment. I called on 5/19/23, 29 days after the initial treatment asking for another gassing treatment (Wildlife Control Program). I received an email on 5/19/23 stating it an was ongoing monthly service and I had canceled. I replied on 5/19/23 stating the facts above. They have not replied. They failed to live up to the contract. And the pest problem continues.

      This company is absolutely fraudulent!! We called them to do an inspection as we heard activity which we thought was coming from our attic. A technician came out, inspected our attic, and reported that we had a female pregnant raccoon living up there. He reported torn insulation and even said she started walking toward him. He wrote up a $13,000 (yes, $13,000) estimate for removal and repairs. This seemed outrageous so we got a second opinion. New company started with an outside inspection and could not find any entry points into my home, just damaged shingles as the raccoon had attempted to get in. Attic inspection was clear and there was no entry or damage. The raccoon was caught overnight on the side of my home and it turned out to be a male. This company should be fined!!

      5 months and $1,000 later Trutech has (with 6 traps on my yard) caught nothing. Their salesman claimed they could rid my property of chipmunks that were digging under my bushes. The haven't caught as much a a field mouse.

He asked if there's anything we can do to make the situation right for him and offered you a free service if you decided to sign back up. The manager stated that he would personally come out to see if any other measures that could be taken to get control of the pest issue.       On September 22, I contacted Trutech to get an estimate to remove a squirrel from my attic. The representative came right out and checked the attic and provided me a proposal of $3,038 for the removal and a years worth of quarterly services. I reviewed the estimate, and after checking the BBB website to see their A+ rating, I contacted the representative by phone to go ahead with the contract and payment. I was assured during the call that the service technician would be in contact with me the same day or the next morning. On the next day, Friday, I texted the sales person again as no one had contacted me to schedule the service. In their sales pitch they said that this was something that should be handled right away. I got a reply from the sales person that the service technician was on a military base and not able to be reached but he would call me. I didnt hear anything that day or over the weekend. On Monday, I contacted the representative via text again at 9:27 AM that no one had scheduled the service. I waited an hour and did not get a reply so I texted again that I was cancelling my service contract as the contract allowed for a cancellation and I was withing the timeframe. At 12:04 I get a reply that the service manager would contact me. He called me at 11:37 on the 26th where, again, I stated that I was cancelling the contract. I also sent a chat message to their call center that I was cancelling, but they said that they would have to work through the service department. Its now been nearly a month. *** had assurances from **** who is supposed to be the service manager that he had authorized the refund that was on 10/3, 10/5 and again on 10/14. To date, I have not received my money. I have contacted my credit card company to assist. I have also let **** know that I intend to hire an attorney if this isnt resolved and soon. I am dumbfounded that this company has an A+ rating if this is how customers are treated.
