  My neighbors were experiencing rats in their attics. They used TruTech to get rid of the rats. I paniced and had them come out and install rat proofing on the ridges of my roof. I think I paid about $1,200. I have now been told by two different roofers that that is totally not necessary as rats do not enter through the ridge lines. I was "taken" and scammed. Do not fall for this. Just check for openings under the ***** and have those sealed up. ****** learned. I gave a one star rating as that is the lowest possible.

  Never, never, never use this company!!!!! They are running a predatory scam operation.This company will come to your home and offer to fix your problem, in my case this was the removal of voles in the backyard. They will take your money (credit card) and then they will not provide the service. Their sales consultant is *************************** and he will promise you anything to get your money, They then sent a tech out to my home after I had paid them $588. The tech showed up when I was not home, even though I asked him to call me before coming out. The tech set "traps". They were not in the area where the voles were active. So when nothing happened, I tried to reach Nate and the tech, ****. I could not get either to call me back. I then called the phone number on their website and explained that I needed to talk to someone in management. I was told that no one was available. I insisted that someone needed to contact me and the phone representative, ******, said that the manager, ****, and Nate would contact me. Never happened. I then checked the "traps" the tech had set out and found that none had been baited.I called them back and asked for a refund. I spoke to ****** again and he said they would process the refund. Never happened.I called my credit card company and they removed the charges from my account.Please do not use this company. The only reason they have even a one star rating is because the system makes you use one.
