      My issue is concerning a bigger miss treatment by ************* finance. However, my direct complaints towards connect one recovery LLC is that they would not allow me to pick up my car the same day that I paid for the release. ************* finance sent over the release paperwork and all fees were paid connect one recovery LLCLLC refused to let me pick up my vehicle payment. They not allow me set up an appointment for pick up and pay then. I could only pay the day before over the phone without looking at my vehicle and personal property for damages. They would not allow me to pay same day as pick up but will happily continue to add storage fees. I do not find that to be fair.I fully angled body person who has paid all my fees therefore, I should be able to pick up my property as soon as it's paid for. this company did not offer delivery but my vehicle. so what am I to do pay fees without knowing if my property is undamaged? Or allow them to keep adding fees because of their own policies? I told him I was fully capable and able to pick up my property today the date of payment.
