    Ashworth college is constantly putting derogatory remarks on my credit report. I do not owe them anything. They remove it and add it back which is causing distress. They were fraudulent with me and promised goods and services they did not deliver. I made numerous attempts to get the material that was promised from them and they did not deliver. I did not get what I signed up for and so I am not owed the debt. They have removed the debt from my credit and then continue to add it back. This is causing me financial distress and mental anguish.

    To Whom It May ***************** welcome the opportunity to address ************************** concerns. ********************** enrolled in the Medical Billing and Coding diploma program on December 21, 2018 by submitting a signed enrollment agreement and down payment. ********************** submitted a BBB complaint in 2019 and did not honor her obligation.
    As of September 19, 2019 I closed ************************** account out per the contractual terms due to BBB complaint number ********. ********************* submitted another BBB Complaint, # ********, and has not attempted to honor her obligations.
    All financial obligations will remain and ********************** will need to speak with the collection agency directly.

    I was solicited by this company to take their course. I was lied to by the sales rep. I was misled and provided False information. When I contacted them regarding this I was still misled. They said I broke contract, no , I was lied to and they did not deliver what I was promised. I did try to resolve it and they put it on my credit report. After I filed a complaint with you all they removed it. They have since added it back and admitted I did in fact call to question the goods. I dont know when their contracts changed from 5 days trial to 30 but they are unethical and I am currently seeking legal counsel. They are not a good nor trustworthy company.

As you can see with BBB cases 16814564,27707763 and ******** , ********************** has not attempted to honor her obligations.
    As of September 19, 2019 I closed ************************** account out per the contractual terms due to BBB complaint number 27707763.
    All financial obligations will remain owed, and ********************** will need to speak with the collection agency directly. If ********************** has hired an attorney, we will no longer be able to communicate with her directly. 

    Ashworth College does not nor has offered a 30 day grace *******

    I have paid in full for a locksmith course. I have asked to have access to all course content and not only do I not have full access to the whole course, I can't download. Now I can't even log in the student portal.

    To Whom It May ***************** welcome the opportunity to address Ms. ******* concerns.**************** enrolled into Locksmithing Career Diploma program on March 3, 2022,by submitting a signed enrollment agreement and down payment. I will include a copy of the enrollment agreement.
     After reviewing Ms.******* account, on July 6,2022, **************** paid her account in full. On this same date, a representative was able to open the rest of Ms. ******* courses that she had remaining. On July 20, 2022, I reached out to **************** directly,to go over any concerns she has and to get her logged back into her studies.
