    Paid $91.52 dignostic fee. Technician came and gave a $2922.40 quote to install a new water heater. He didn't even know the Model number, BTU, number of years warranty. He gave a random model number (couldn't find that model anywhere using ****** search) after I constantly insisted for the modell number. Received the quote via email that just says "50 ********************* I never expected a company sends a technician who doesn't know these basic things and expect the customer to spent around $3K without even providing basic details for the customer to do research about that product. Bardi just looted $91.52 from me! Please avoid using this unprofessional company.

    **** was on time and proceeded immediately to check unit. Very professional and friendly. Answered all my questions. I have been dealing with **** since my first call. Definitely my go to man because he is thorough in checking everything out and takes the time to explain what was done and also how to m as obtain system. Never tires of my frequent questions!

    ** was very professional and knowledgeable HAVC system, communicated through out the visit made me aware of what he was doing at all times and explained the process with pictures of the unit inside and out. GREAT TECHNICIAN.
