    During routine maintenance of furnace and air conditioning we were told furnace had cracked coils and could leak out carbon monoxide. He then shut off gas and disconnected furnace so it Could not run. Said they would be responsible if we should die. He made pictures to show us. However in closer look at pictures they were dated 6/23/22. He was there on November 3????? Within 1 hour their salesman arrived and after many discussions would not give us a quote on replacement saying they wanted to be the last company to give a quote because I told him I had arranged for another company to review their findings.Got a second opinion- company checked everything out for over 2 Hours found nothing wrong and hooked everything back up.

    The technician was very professional, explained the problem with the previous installed service from another person, different plans offered & available for my issues, future problems, and maintenance service once annually. He explained the problems with the pipes, the hot water tank needing replaced. Installation was a success. I think I chose the correct person who provided it, and corrected the problems for my home. Forgive me if I did not choose the right person!

    Very knowledgeable and professional. Knew his business and did it quickly but very safely. Drop cloths were used and everything was clean when they left.. I will ask for ***** when we do our other unit. Two complete units inside and out done by 4 technicians in 5 hours. Spent time to explain everything.Excellent *****************
