  Extremely disappointed with Bardi currently. I have used them for years and always had a good experience. But recently had a new Heating and A/c replaced. It has not worked properly from the start. They send a different tech every time to take a look but without rectifying the problem. I have asked to talk to a supervisor several times and never get a call back. I have finally given up and will never use Bardi again.

  Bardi Heating and & Air financially raped my wallet, took advantage of the vulnerable state I was in and are plumbing thugs. For context, two pipes in my bathroom walls burst due to frigid weather in *******. To rectify the matter swiftly, I called Bardi to come out and fix my pipes. At the end of the service, I was charged close to $2,000. When doing a price comparison to determine industry standards, I was overcharged by $700. Further, when I asked for an itemized invoice, they refused to provide me with one to pass along to my home insurance carrier. What they did to me is egregious, offensive, and hurtful. They are disgusting for what they did to me and no good will come to them.

  ******* C Bardi installed a new H/VAC Unit in our home a little over a year ago, it began to go out when the heat was turned on. It was discovered that the conversion kit was not changed over, so Bardi fixed the problem and removed the initial $113.00 charge to come out and service the new unit due to workmanship. The representatives have always been polite, courteous, considerate and very professional. Bardi Heating & Air's character and integrity was on full display. "Best Practices" are still the way to go; and are most welcomed. I will continue to use this company for years to come.

  Did a wonderful job repairing the leak in the laundry room. Plus clean up all of the trash. ******* was very courteous and professional. Yes I would recommend this firm.

  You cant tell me a bad thing about Bardi Heating and Plumbing! In the middle of an historic temperature plunge.the day before Christmasthey sent a technician just hours after my call. *** used them for a couple of years and every technician they have ever sent has been professional, knowledgeable and personable. I HIGHLY recommend Bardi.
