Great job and only took about 6 hours for them to take up the old carpet and reinstall the new. They moved all of the furniture in and out of each room.50 Floor

My floors were installed last month The installation went as well as expected. They finished in two days. Within a few days I noticed small nails coming up out of the vinyl planks. Then my floors start making noises and horrible sounds. I then emailed the installation person and she emailed me back the customer service person. I called and spoke to her. She seemed very unconcerned about my issues. But told me to email pictures and videos I did they failed again. So I've called the customer service person all last week and then again the next week left messages aleast 6 times. No callback or anything to this day. Even told her I noticed several items missing: versa watch, amazon echo tower with the chargers and a small heater. All taken from my bedroom and bathroom. My floors sound horrible ?? They talk a good sale pitch people be aware. 50 floors get your money and then they ignore you. Again when someone show you who they're believe them.50 Floor

I was pleased with the carpet installation. The young man was working on his own and did an excellent job. The laminate installation was a little lacking in the finish work. The left some glue dried on the top of a corner joint that I am not able to clean up. The installation team was difficult to communicate with.50 Floor
