50 Floor was great to work with when buying and installing new floors in my home. They were patient, informative and helpful when finding the floors we wanted at a price we could afford. The installation crew was very helpful, courteous and worked very hard to get the job done in a timely manner. Highly recommend.50 Floor

I had carpet replaced 10/7/23 and the installers did a lot of damage!! The person in the **************** I dealt with gave every excuse about the damage and told me they werent responsible for any of it. I sent pictures showing where the paint was removed after old carpet was torn up. They told me it was the old carpet was higher than the new carpet. No you can see the paint has come off in strips. My baseboards were damaged and he told me that I had water damage!! Are you kidding me?? Those installers were in such a rush!!! I have damage on my walls. The grated in the floor where the ac comes out, 3 of them are bent really bad and 2 of them cant be closed because they were broken!! I am a widow who paid a lot of money to have my home painted and the baseboards painted and to see the damage done and for them to just brush me off is really poor business practice!! I will let everyone I know and tell them to tell people, to never get 50Floors to do any kind of flooring projects they need done! I should have read more reviews!!!50 Floor

It has been a good experience from the start. The salesman was not high pressured and tried very hard to get me the best deal. They were fast on setting up the insulation within a couple of days. The installer arrived on time, very efficient and answered all my concerns. The installer had to rip up two layers and prepare the floors before they could lay the new floor. They did a great job. They moved all the furniture, installed the new floor , cleaned up, moved the furniture back all in one day.50 Floor
