Very fast service with no inventory delays. 3 bedrooms done in less that 8 hours. Clean and efficient. Very happy with results. This is the third session of flooring with them the house is done

Overall, I am satisfied with my floors. The installation took longer than expected. There are a few areas I am concerned with. I can feel and and hear a difference with certain areas with the flooring. Like maybe there are pockets of air?? I did not receive a final receipt or information regarding my final payment or warranty.50 Floor

I spoke to the representative who came to the house and we went over what I wanted done. I wanted 3 spots in my subfloor replaced with 3/4 plywood and the entire floor replaced. The workers showed up and didn't have any plywood and no 2x4s for framing. I supplied the wood for the one spot that was fixed. I got excuses for the other 2 spots that didn't get fixed. The floor actually looks pretty good though. Sadly, I still have 2 squeaky spots in my floor. Not very happy about that. I feel I paid for something I didn't get. 2 of the 3 workers couldn't even speak English. Buyer beware50 Floor

It was a bad job. They ran out of matching stain on my staircase and used the next closet color they had for two treads. They got stain on my carpet and hot tub cover and did not say a thing about it. . I called and they said they would fix it but then Ghosted me. ****** for wood treads on a staircase and 950 sq foot of LVP. Buyer beware.50 Floor

Good work done. Miscommunication by salesperson, did not receive contract via email ahead of time due to email error by ?, did receive preparation email ahead of time, and failure to present new floor before starting caused an hour delay and MUCH frustration.50 Floor
