      My husband had taken out a title loan with cash cow and I had issues trying to recover my vehicle after I paid the full amount due on it. The first day I went in I really didnt have any problems but the day I went to get my vehicle it was terrible. First of all, my landlords has a power of ********* for my husband because my husband is incarcerated at the moment so he was the one handling the paperwork to get the vehicle released. We were dealing with the branch out of ******* Louisiana and the second day when we went to pick the truck up it was a nightmare the person we spoke to was rude and they said that they were the only one working at the moment and we were just gonna have to wait until they could get to us. Well we had to repeatedly call while were were waiting at the auto storage for the vehicle. The people at the storage lot needed more information that the person at the branch said they would finally send after countless calls and dealing with their attitude and them hanging up on us telling us that it's not their problem. The people at the storage lot were even appalled by their behavior and attitude. It made for a very stressful situation for everyone. All they kept saying was they had to much to do and were trying to handle other people so we were just gonna have to wait and they dont see how it is their problem After the vehicle was released it came out with no license plate so I called the branch AGAIN to just ask them who towed the car. I told them that I had to do their job for them the first part of the day cause they were overwhelmed and kept hanging up so if I needed to do this part it was fine I just needed to know where my plate might be so I could drive my vehicle home and they got a worse attitude when I told them if they disliked their job so much they needed to find another because I was stuck in *********** and they had the info I needed and refused to release it.       I got a title loan from **** auto loan **** ********* ******** ****.the loan was for ******* I paid over 3400.00,and my title has not been released.nobody at their headquarters in Georgia or here in Wilmington will return my calls.my car was recently totalled by the insurance company,I need my title now,so I can get compensated from the insurance company.this is affecting my job,because I am having trouble getting to work,because I have no car and can't get one until title is released.over 100 complaints against this company,they appear to b borderline criminal.i would hope someone can resolve this quickly.thx

      They have placed a $2023 balance in collections. I borrowed $900 at ********* ** branch in late 2018 and defaulted on payment. I made contact with them in April 2019 and was given a settlement offer of $1300 which I paid over the phone immediately. I no longer have access to the bank account from which payment was made- it's closed. I will work to secure a statement, but I had just been discharged from a 40+ day hospitalization during that time. I have spent the past 3 years rebuilding my health, life and credit with a 700+ score. I have received no calls or mail regarding this. This is fraudulent and predatory not to mention disgusting.

      Hello,My name is *****************************. A customer of **********************. I'm having an issue with my remaining balance. I visited the Kenner location to make a payment on a $1500 loan I acquired last year. I've been paying $113 a month for a year and when I asked what my remaining balance was...the ***** lady who said her name is "Princess"...told me I still owe $1300. I informed her that it must be a misunderstanding and she didn't wanna give ************ information nor her full name. I was told to contact a woman name ***************************** but to no avail. BEFORE I TAKE LEGAL MATTERS, I WOULD LIKE TO RESOLVE THIS WITH MANAGEMENT. Please acknowledge my request. Thank you

      I had taken a title loan out on my car when things were a bit hard. The location in **************** **** closed with no notice to me. I ended up filing bankruptcy and this debt was put into it. The debt was paid off and I never received anything from them stating that my lien was released on my title. I have called with no return call from them. I can not even find a location to contact. The number I did call was leave a voicemail or email no live person. I need the lien released to the *** as they should have done when it was paid off and never did. I need the title to my car.

      Got the loan in June 2022 I was told ****** will be taken each month out of savings.July 14 went into office pd ****** left balance of ******. Again on August 18 paid ****** in a money order. August 31 I received a call I was two payments behind and a payment is due every 14 days.so. Logged on to my act with them it stating I'm behind ****** an no payment history. I got my receipts I will be paying on 14 each month This has me worried my car will get repossessed this don't add up. *********************
