      I paid for a television and a 15 day warranty from Cash America and they sold me a broken tv, blamed me for it and would not exchange or refund the tv. All I wanted was an exchange but now I want a refund.Cash America **** ***************************************************************************

      This company keeps scamming and harassing me with phone calls because of a past-due balance I do not owe. I have explained to them time and time again that I was a victim of identity theft, but they will not accept my paper work or stop calling to collect this debt.

      Date of Incident : December 19 2022 Incident : Error of payment the payment was not disabled during the transaction on December 17th therefore it caused the payment to go into default which showed the payment was never made.Resolve : issue with the manager on duty and told her that I would like her handle my account for now on.       I went on November 18th 2022 to Auto loan ********* purchased a car the next day repo man showed up at my work and said I didn't make a payment and there repoing my car.

      I took a ****** loan out with community loans of America with the ********* title loan store at the ******************** location in ********** ** in July 2021. $1000 was my loans amount. I paid $911.37 by card online and by phone and went into the store on 02/10/22 and paid $80 in cash. As of 02/10/22 I paid $991.37 total. While still at the store on 02/10/22 I got another loan of $1600 and paid a total of $3061.33. I noticed in June, 2022 my loan was not accurate and I also was having hard times and called ** ****** loan store on many occasions asking to speak with a manager regarding this. I wanted to go over the incorrect information regarding my loan and set a different payment date. I was told with each call that either there was no manager(looking to hire), that I was on the phone with a manager already( which was not true), or that even if I speak to a manager I wouldn't be able to change my payment date as it's illegal to due so. Upon speaking to an attorney I learned that no collection for my ***************************** the system database making it potentially illegal for it to have been towed today on 11/17/2022. The interest rate is at ******% and my payments was $200.49 which I always paid more than that every 2 weeks and never had a problem paying until I noticed the inaccurate information on my loan. Evertime I called I was told someone would contact me or if the store called me I'd ask to speak to a manager but never heard from anyone until my car was repo. I'm not sure why this company has lied to me, but it's clear I'm the latest victim of what this company has been doing for years. Taking advantage of people with lower income and credit at the possibility of Noone caring for the customer enough to actually check into this and stop them. I want my car back and I want to settle this immediately with my ****** returned to me. The ** ****** loan store in ********** is definitely constructing illegal business practices and I may not be the only victim.

      I went to this **** Shop. There was a $119.00 sales price tag on a set of golf clubs. I asked the employee about buying only the Driver. She told me that I do have to buy the whole set. I asked for a better price in order for me to buy the set. She told me: "Of Course". She went to talk to a General Manager that was at the store at the moment Mr. ************ When the same employee came back brought another tag for $190.00 and told me that the manager will sell the club set to me at a discount price of $175.00. I asked for *************************** who do not change his decision and offer me to get it for $160.00. I am concerned about this kind of business ethics, lack of moral and trying to take customers as ignorant. *************************** welcome me to file a complaint like is he really don't care. There were the manager store present, the lady who initially started the transaction and other male employee.

      Someone from ******** Title Loan keeps calling and asking about settling a debt. I have told them repeatedly that I don't know who they are and to put it in writing. They keep telling me to call a number. So I told them that if you want me to call a number put that in writing on letterhead with the info and send it to me. And for a month now they will not put anything in writing and they just keep calling me at least 2 times a week.PUT IT IN WRITING

      I have called and talked with the manager of this office November 7, 2022, October 7, 2022, September 2, 2022, and July 22, 2022 . We continue to receive mail for a person who no longer lives at our address. They haven't lived there for years. I was told that we would receive no more mail from them. We still do.I do not wish my address associated with this company as they are a predatory lender and victimize poor people.Please contact them to cease contacting me at my address.

      I took out a title loan which has since defaulted. My vehicle was repossessed on yesterday. I have called the **********, **. location 10 times in the last 24 hours trying to find out where the car is and what I need to do to retrieve it. ***** at the office stated that "She doesn't like the way I talk to her." I assume she thinks gives her the right to withhold information. When I called initially to ensure they had the vehicle, she lied and told me they did not, and to file a police report. It was the police who told me the car was repossessed. I called back to speak with ***** again, and she lied again and stated they didn't have it. After the third call, she gave me a bogus towing company's info. I contacted that company, and was told that they did not have it. We called ***** together. She began yelling and screaming at me, and said that I was lying. I had to call five times today to try to get information. ***** lied again and told me she didn't know where the vehicle was, and that it was likely headed to an auction in ********* or *********** ********! I believe she spitefully withheld this information. I can not prove it, but something about how she handles business is fraudulent. Each time I spoke with her this evening, the amount quoted to me changed three times. It's heartbreaking that someone just in a hard spot, has to go through all of this. The interest alone is enough. She acts as if the money borrowed or the vehicle is hers. This really needs to be addressed.

      I took out a loan and paid it off in the agreed upon amount of time. I've since moved and cannot find the original paperwork so I cannot get another title for the vehicle without them faxing a lien release to the title office. I call and you can only leave a voicemail or email- there is no way possible to contact a person in this company. I've left messages and sent emails with zero response. I need to get the lien release to purchase a new title asap and cannot get ahold of anybody. All I need is one paper faxed and nobody will get back to me.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      I have already been waiting weeks for a response from your company. I even had one of your employees that finally answered a couple days ago and then transferred me to the same "instructions to leave an email or instructions to leave a message" message before I got two words out begging her not to transfer me to that same message. I just need one piece of paper faxed and to do that I need to speak to a real person. I've emailed numerous times and left numerous messages. Nobody responds and now you respond through the BBB complaint a week later saying someone else will respond to me. I paid my loan in full within the agreed upon time and I just need a lien release to make my van legal again. I've gone to every government office up to the attorney general or called them and they all give me your company number saying that is the only option I have. I cannot even get tags without that lien release letter. Please, respond to me so I can have a vehicle in these horrible times that people are already struggling so badly! ************ by phone or **********************
