    Scam scam scam scam I place an order on September, never got it . I sent an email. They answer was the that were out of aluminum. You will receive your order as soonest posible. Still waiting lol

    Like so many others, I ordered, but never received. After the first request for information, they would no longer respond. Keep in mind, their business address is a **** Mail" store that offers rented mailboxes and of course, packing and shipping services - no doubt from where their products were shipped. Businesses that have a physical address look legitimate. These people are simply not legitimate. This was a fun project that got out of hand. They couldn't handle the traffic and orders they got, so they gave up but kept taking people's money. At least this is how it appears from reviews and other complaints I've read. In the beginning they were great. I guess they couldn't handle the success that was coming their way. We get to pay that price. And that's just not right. For those of you who got ripped off, contact your credit card companies. I ordered in October, 2023, and at the end of January, **** I contacted my credit card company. Fortunately, I got my money back. Ultra Right Beer even ignored the cc companie's request for refund/order information. So URB pockets my money and my cc company pays in the end. That's just not right either. Perhpas a class-action suit would shut them down and take back at least some of what we paid for.

    My Ultra Right beer arrived today, and I'm happy. ??I don't drink, but I absolutely support the beliefs of this company. Start-*** usually have many unexpected issues to work through - which I believe came into play with sourcing the aluminum cans. When I placed my order last fall, the ad was very clear that the purchase was a PRE-ORDER, and that the product was not yet in production. It was going to be awhile, but they hoped to have orders out before Christmas. They were here before Valentine's **** and that's good enough for **** wish nothing but the best for this company! I would like to send a picture proving that the product arrived, but not sure how to add one.

    9/15/2023 and 10/01/2023 orders still not here.I placed an order 9/15/2023, received email 12/15/2023 with tracking info. Its 2/9/2024 and the order has NOT been picked up by the carrier. Emailed Ultra Right Beer 12/27/2023 - still no response. 10/01/2023 order - same results. Since the first of 3 orders took some time, I gave them the same courtesy but NO response is POOR BUSINESS. I want to support these guys but I'm starting to sway the other way. No contact when you have my money doesn't sit well with me. I"m out over $500 at this time

    ordered 10/1/23 received nothing. Called and spoke to person who found my order and said it would be shipped. Then received email saying I would get a tracking number when shipped. Nothing. Today I looked up their location using ****** Maps, thinking I'd fly down to get it myself, using the contact information. What did I see, Publix Supermarket in a strip mall. So I added suite D, all I got was a picture of a house decorated for Xmas. Then what really irritated me is they had an interview in the New ********* on February 10th with ************************* CEO and it was stated in the article everything is fine. I beg to differ.

    Wish I could give zero stars. I ordered and paid for a collectable 6 pack on 9-12-23 and was told 6-8 wk wait for delivery, I was hoping to get it for my sons birthday 10/20. . When it didnt come , I thought well, Christmas! Now Im 2 days till Valentines Day and no beer or response to my emails. Phones go to full voice mail

    Terrible experience, basically a scam. They take your money immediately and then never send you the product or respond to emails or calls. I ordered two months ago. I have contacted ************* services to get my money back. They should be ashamed of what they are doing to customers under the guise of being against the woke agenda. ************************* is no better than the woke culture he supposedly is against. He deserves to have a class action lawsuit against him and his company.

    I ordered my 6-pk in Sept '23 and was charged for it on Sept 12th. I never rcvd the order. FYI, *********** is a mobile number. Today I texted, to that number, my discussed and my concern that this was a scam. I rcvd an immediate response that it wasn't a scam. I then rcvd an immediate call from their rep stating it was not a scam and that they've had ALL kinds of problems with getting aluminum for cans as well as tech issues. She asked if I'd like a refund, and I said YES. Within minutes, I received an email stating that my refund has been processed. I'll post again if/when I receive it.

    You should change the name to ***** Beer the way you are stealing from ******** people. I ordered beer in September of 2023. No response to my emails. No refund. Scammers and I hope you all get what's coming to you.
