    I received the first order #***** and when trying to order again, never received an email confirmation of the order sent 01/17/23 so there is no order # to present, yet $79.99 has been deducted from my City Mastercard CC **** for this order w/o a Conf # and we have not yet received a confirmation for the receipt of the order or the product. We found the product worked and let them know, it works. I sent several emails to ******************************** on Jan 29, 2023, ********************************** on Jan 24, 2023, ********************************** on Jan 21, 2023, asking where the confirmation is and when we would receive the product and have not had any replies to our concern; only emails asking to leave a review from Heaven Patch <****************>. The phone number given to reach this company I tried to call today and this is how it answered: In a computer generated voice "February 1st, 2023, February 1st, 2023" and music came on with a great hold time and no answer, no customer service to speak to. When I saw the other complaints on BBB, I thought I should let others know and be added to the number of complaints. I would like to receive the order I paid for or be refunded.

    I placed an order with Heaven Patch on /19/'23. That same day $49.99 was taken from my account. I have tried to contact this company by email and phone about this order ( # ***** ) but none of my questions have been answered. The tracking number (UG881717008YP ) is also incorrect or fake. I want to cancel this order and get a full refund because I am beginning to believe this is a scam or fraud
