    Once I placed this order the communication and attention to detail was fantastic, I was impressed and felt confident that my order would be 100%. Once the back an forth confirming the detail was complete, a delivery date of 6/20/25 was given. Suddenly, no communication. 6/19 came and no email confirming it had been shipped. 6/20 came and no confirmation email- I was having an outdoor party that weekend.I began a chat EARLY morning 6/20/25. I appreciated they started with an "we apologize" but then, was basically told they would email me when shipped. I had to press for a date and was told it would ship in ***** hours. Obviously that meant I would not have them for the weekend as *************, 6/23/25 I again messaged asking why my order had not yet shipped. ******* ****** again apologized and kindly said he "understood my concern" at which I replied it was more disappointment and frustration.I was told my order was in "QC" I asked when it would ship to which he replied. " Once shipped, we will email you the tracking number via email." This is NOT an answer. I asked again to which the response was, "Our team will notify you." NOT OK.He then says the original date given was, "6/20/25." to which I reply, "that was LAST WEEK."I did then get a bit snarky and say, "So basically I just wait and wonder if they show up in time to use for the summer.? And ******* replied, " Unfortunately that is correct, ******." I have the message screenshots...all of this is true. BEWARE This is an overpromise and an UNDERSERVE. This is a prepaid order, and it is not unreasonable to have an ETA.SHAME ON YOU and the team. I would not again purchase from this company- which I was going to add the furniture covers for the winter once I received the cushions....not now.

    BEWARE!!!!!I stumbled upon this page/company and was impressed at first with their website platform for designing a custom seat cushion/cover for my live well on my boat. I also sent in pics with dimensions, per their instructions, and everything seemed to be ok. The fabricator even called me to confirm everything, as well as multiple texts to confirm as well. So far so good, right??? Well I saved the correspondence in the event something odd happened. Well something ODD happened. They "Covers & All" decided to NOT make the actual cushion or backing that the cover was going to be attached too, credited my account for the cushion/backing, and then shipped me the cover ONLY that was supposed to attached to the cushion that I initially paid for. I was never informed during the production process that they were going to refund the "cushion" money and only ship the cover. After receiving the cover ONLY, I then called to inquire and was connected to an off-shore company answering phones for them. I was then informed that they didn't have any answer and a representative would call me back within 2-3 hours. She then said I could also use the store credit and place my order with that money! This is NOT A US BASED COMPANY OUT OF **. They have a warehouse in **, but outsource all of their customer service and fabrication to *****. I know because I could see when it was started and the tracking number came from an address in *****! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

    Hi ****, we're sorry for the inconvenience caused. Based on the images shared with your order, our team understood that you required a cover only. They provided an updated mock-up along with a new product link for a custom cover open at the bottom, which indicates it's for the cover only.

    We received your approval stating that we were authorized to proceed with the revised mock-up and that you appreciated our comments. Our team also mentioned there would be a price variation due to the product change, and that depending on the final pricing, we would either send a payment link or refund the difference. Since it was a cover-only option, they also inquired about tie-downs or grommets to ensure proper fitting. Additionally, our website mentions that all our covers are manufactured in ******

    However, we apologize for any confusion. We can see that youve already spoken with one of our team members, and a refund request for the price difference has been initiated. If you have any further concerns, please dont hesitate to reach outwere here to help.

    I recently ordered custom length sunshades. The website includes a sketch and instructions for how to provide measurements. All measurements indicate a hanger point to hanger point NOT the required length of the sunshade. It was not clear, but they will only deduct length IF you buy the hardware through the website. The delivered product was larger than the provided dimensions and it was at this point I learned they do not account for the hanging hardware if you do not purchase through the website. The "accessories" aka hardware to hang the sunshade wasn't even available when I purchased the sunshades.When I discussed these issues, I was told "we manufactured per your approved sketches" and they advised I should purchase two new ************, to summarize, the instructions are poor and confusing. The quality is poor because they didn't even it make it to the specified dimensions, which are also too large because of the poor measurement instruction. They refuse to make it right and asked that I buy from them again! I wouldn't even recommend this company to somebody I didn't like.

    I purchased numerous very large sun screens in the past from this company Covers and All. Just recently I purchased a set in which one of the screens was not completely stitched. Since I have always had great customer service in the past, I was sure that this would be taken care of immediately. However, to my surprise, I was very disappointed in the treatment I received. When I sent the letter explaining that issue with the one screen, I received a very quick response from ***** ******, The Resolution Specialist (I love that title) offering me $15 to go away and perhaps use a local shop for the repair. As I understand it, they had 30 day 100% money back guarantee and so, I'm that is a sham. I'm not sure who is in charge at this point, but I will not be returning.

    Stay away from this company. Their $50 product ruined a $1500 fire pit table that has withstood severe weather in ******* and ********. We now live in ******** and wanted to protect our table from hail damage. I researched fire pit table covers and decided on one from Covers and All. Within a month of use, the inside of the cover rubbed the powder coating off of our very expensive table in symmetrical spots all the way around the table, so it was obvious that the cover was at fault. It is now embarrassing to look at and is going to be very expensive to repair. We sent pictures and a complaint to customer service, and they ADMITTED their product COULD cause damage to the top of the table. What's the point of buying a cover for hail damage when the cover itself can cause damage to your table? We were quoted $800 to refinish the powder coating on our table and told customer service that any amount they could contribute would be appreciated. Naturally, they refused. The reply from ***** *****, a Customer Escalation Specialist (ha). "Regrettably, we do not cover this in our warranty, as various factors are considered. We are unable to provide assurance concerning product damage. We regret to inform you that we cannot offer further assistance in this matter." ************ does not stand behind their product, do not care about customers, and are only out to make money. Stay away.

It appears there may have been a condensation issue. To help prevent this, we recommend placing air bags underneath the cover, as they promote airflow and help minimize moisture buildup. Please note that our warranty covers only the cover purchased from us, not the item it is used to protect. However, we truly value your feedback and will take it into consideration as we work to continually improve our customer experience.

    this company needs to replace fed ex! They have no customer service ... you can call , then play the circle telephone game on their "IVR" prerecorded responses that have no other reason than to make it way harder than needed. That frustration with f@#kup ex. has led to the return of your product if "f@#kup ex'" actually ever delivers the product. I gave a 3 star rating only because of ****, your resolution specialist and his efforts .... If and when it shows up it will be returning to you for the full refund.Have yet to see the product, but most likely be returned unopend

    Purchased several covers costing more than several hundred dollars. Their covers lasted only 2-3 years. The material literally became hard, brittle & shrunk in size no longer fitting. The material on all of our covers starting failing and spilting after 1 yr. Save your money don't buy. You would be better off using garbage bags.

    ***** this company at all costs! Four months ago, I ordered a so-called top-of-the-line commercial patio cushion cover for $125. After waiting nine weeks with no package or updates, I reached outonly to discover that my order hadnt even started because they were waiting for my approval on a simple drawing of a square. I approved it via their chatbot and received confirmation that it was finally moving into production with a new ticket number.Three weeks later, I called their support team in ***** instead of using the bot, only to find out that nothing had been doneagain, due to the same approval issue. Frustrated, I approved it a second time. Then, I started getting emails about a $90 store credit and was told I needed to log in and pay an additional $36+ *******, after requesting a refund, they just keep sending invoices. I never changed any specifications from my original order, and I absolutely do not want store credit. I have all the emails, billing records, and correspondence to prove it. The fight continues, but I strongly urge others to avoid this companyI fear its just a one-way scam where youll never see your money or your product.

    Terrible, corrupt company. Do yourself a favor and do not order from them. I ordered a custom size sky light cover and they delivered a cover that was 3 inches shorter than the requested size. They would not remake it or accept a return. I even sent photos of the cover next to a measuring tape showing the discrepancy. To no avail.
