    i order a cover for my hot tub. they sent it. But there is a seem going down the middle that shouldnt be there.I have called,texted and emailed numerous times with promises of fixing the issue.they don't fix anything. always our team will get back in touch with you.I want a refund or a replacement.

    Never received my product and have been told my refund would come in 10 days. Then 72 hours. Then 24 hours. They assume I will forget or the reps lie to get me off the phone. Turning matter over to my bank. P.s it won't let me leave a lower than 1 rating.

    This company makes a good product IF there is not a problem. I ordered 6 items and one was not usable. I have been dealing with them for about a month and cant actually talk to someone other than the online chat. They apologize each time, but NOTHING is done. They have asked for countless pictures, measurements and specs and cant seem to get corrected. So frustrated. Will be requesting a refund from my credit card company. Dont get anything made that is not straight forward, even with their measurement diagrams.

    I ordered replacement covers for my half moon-shaped patio furniture from this company and my experience was great, I would definitely recommend! Product received is the exact specifications as requested. Product does ship from ***** but only took 2 weeks to arrive from purchase date (I live in **). Quality of the material is ************ better than the original covers that ripped after two *******.

    We ordered a triangular sail from Covers & All. It was shipped much larger than anticipated and when dealing with customer service it took 20 days for them to respond and then the response said it was within their allowable limits. I would not order anything else from this company.
