Atrocious customer service. Ordered a table cover on Sunday but didnt get the 20% first time customer discount. Monday morning at ****** (less than 24 hrs after order was placed) I contacted customer service but was told order was in production so first time customer discount cant be applied. Really? Someone cant refund 20% to my card? Less about cant and all about wont. This company has zero interest in doing the right thing. It should have been a very simple fix and my review would have been much better. And from the looks at other reviews, this is not a one time occurrence. Buyer beware.Covers & All

These people make the customer work way too hard to resolve problems. Cover was cut short and did not fit properly. They want a video which they took 4 days to review then responded wanting more pictures. They have yet to offer a solution. Beware when ordering from these people, stuff not worth the money.Covers & All

The company refused to work with me on an issue where the wrong size was received. There was an error in the ordering software and they would not do anything about it. They have bad reviews where they sell on ****** where many customers have experienced the same bad customer service experience.Covers & All

Defective Products, Poor Quality Control, and ************************* Tarps and All and ********************** and All share the same address and are part of Group Bayport, a conglomerate that owns multiple brands, including **********, Best of Signs, ***********, Circle One, Neon Earth, Bags By The Ocean, and Vivyx Printing. My experience with Tarps and All highlights serious issues with poor quality control, dismissive customer service, and a refusal to honor return policiesissues that seem systemic across these brands.I ordered custom tarps from Tarps and All, expecting them to meet the dimensions I provided along with the promised 1-2 inch leeway as outlined in their policy. I followed all their measuring requirements and confirmed the specifications with their design team. Despite this, I received defective tarps that were too small, lacked the additional leeway, and were completely unusable for my project.I provided extensive evidence to their customer service team, including photos and videos clearly showing the defects and discrepancies. Despite this, customer service was dismissive, repetitive, and unhelpful. They dragged out the process for two weeks, wasted my time, and ultimately closed my case without resolving the issue or honoring their return policy!This experience exposed their serious lack of quality control. The refusal to take responsibility for clear defects demonstrates a complete disregard for customer satisfaction and accountability.Given my experience with Tarps and All, and their connection to Covers and All, I urge caution before purchasing from either of these brands or any associated with Group Bayport. Numerous reviews across their brands reveal similar or worse issues, including defective products and terrible customer service. Avoid these companiesthey prioritize profits over quality, ethics, and customer trust.Covers & All

Terrible customer service. Placed order needed to change to mesh. Called within 24 hours told it was in production already. Virtually impossible provided no evidence whatsoever. Refused to refund my money. Then said I could pay full price on the mesh. Also you get to talk to somebody from another country that you can't understand. This is unethical business practice Rip off slime *****. Take your business elsewhereCovers & All

I measured my pool based off of the guidelines from the website. When the pool cover arrived it was far too large for my pool area. I contacted customer service about a return and they told me they could not accept a return due to the custom nature of the product and would also not be issuing a refund. Would not recommend this company unless you have extensive knowledge of cover dimensions for a pool and how to measure or the extra money to eat the cost of the product because their guidelines for measurement will leave you with an ill fitting product.Covers & All

I ordered a cover but confused the measurements so got a cover that was too tall and too narrow. They offered me a 50% refund but somehow I went from $53 to $104. They said it might say $104 but that I would only be charged $51.50. Ive ordered custom items before and understood some extra cost if my fault but this was ridiculous. They now want me to pay shipping when my first order was free shipping. Im supposed to trust that Id pay $51.50 when the amount said $104? No. Their website now offers 30% off new orders. Youd think the world have offered that at least. They are money mongers.Covers & All

Sent in custom order for a cover down to the inch. The cover came and was 18 wider than ordered. Apparently there policy is if its within 24 all is good. Thats ridiculous Im not talking about a couple inches its a foot in a half to big thus not able to fit on the concrete deck. If it was the size order on the invoice there wouldnt be any problem.Covers & All
