    Buyer beware.I ordered $717 worth of custom outdoor furniture coverings. The company shipped the wrong order (each item has order number on tag). They said I did not contact them within a the one week time period. They said this is not fair problem and now want half the original purchase price to honor the original order. I have provided proof the order was never delivered and they are completely ignoring it.I am not asking for my money back or a discount. I am asking the company honor the order and ship the items I purchased for the money I purchased them for.Label: ************************* My order was was for 8 items and the order number was COVxxx5976769 They shipped 2 items that were not even mine. My order was for 8 items, Where is my order?I have attachments that can document all of this. This posting did not allow me to add attachments. Just appalling customer service. They have my money and I do not have my order.Buyer Beware!

    just like the 10 reviews before this one, i too had the exact same experience. too small cover , back and forth pictures multiple times, apologies and waiting, and waiting yet nothing gets resolved. they wait for you to just go away. how do they stay in business? we all just wind up accepting this as a loss. you will never get your money back or a resolution to what is the same problem everyone seems to have.

    Ordered a sun shade. Followed their directions to a T with their measuring directions. Their desgin sent to the manufacturer was wrong. Then the shade that was sent to me is wrong, and doesnt even match their drawings, let alone the proper dimensions needed. The help line does not help anything, then the "escalation expert" doesnt fix anything they just email back and forth every 2 days. Huge pain, took 4 weeks to arrive and not even close to fitting.

    I ordered a custom cover that did NOT fit my chair. Although, I followed all of their directions for measurements (which are very vague), they refused to fix it without charging me for a second cover. Pathetic! After I posted some negative reviews they came back to me and offered to remake the cover. Now they have gone radio silent and will not respond to my emails. So frustrating and not worth the time or money. Take your business elsewhere!!! Terrible customer support and service philosophy.

    I ordered a square table cover and after waiting for 3 weeks it came. Unfortunately even though the receipt said square it came as a rectangle. The outsourced customer service could not do anything however after emailing and speaking with an Escalation Supervisor they said they would send the right one for a $15 fee. I agreed and then I tried to pay it with the link they sent and it said I had no orders. I have been on the phone and their chat line for 3 hours today and still no resolution. Disgusted with this overseas company which says they are in the ****************.

    I ordered custom covers for a small camping trailer I have (motorcycle camper) with 8" wheels. Once received there were too small. Their customer service is horrible and very difficult to deal with. Before ordering from Covers and All, I check to see if they were a US company. I noted they were in Georgia so I went ahead and ordered them I'm a senior living on SS and have to be careful with my spending. Once the covers arrived they were too small and I asked to return them. I went through sending photo's of the product and photo's with a measuring tape, etc. I also noted the product came from *****!! This is a US company manufacturing products in *****. I'm a firm believer that if you have a company in this country you should use US workers. Sham on them!! I just gave up today and will lose the money I invested in the covers. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

    Let's start out by you must pay attention to the fine print when dealing with Coversandall. Yes, the information is located on the webpage on how to order this product.If you don't understand their concept, you will need to call them. Keep in mind you will not speak to the company. The phone service is outsourced. Super friendly people that will not help you. Just point the fact that all the information is on the website.Example, you will not get the size you ask for because they will, as they say, Give Your Leeway". Even though you don't ask for it. So, you must not ask for it. Returns are not available if you receive your product and it's not the size you order. They will kindly remind you that all the information is on the website, and you should have called.Big mistake and I will never use them again! This message will be posted worldwide so I hope everyone will get this message. Either do not use this company or read all the information first.A one star goes to a very confusing website and hard to deal will company overall!!!Ps: Dont pay attention to the reviews on their website. The reviews are all 5 stars. Really? Why would you put the honest truth on your on website, right??

    My wife and I decided to order a a custom sail for our deck. When we received it was way too small and couldn't install with hardware provided. We reached out several times and they made it impossible to communicate. They finally responded almost 2 weeks later, First they asked for pics of issues so we sent them. Then they wanted videos and now they want more videos of us measuring the sail as if they didn't know the measurements already. For the price of these sails they could do better with customer service. The quality was poor to put it simply. We ended up having to buy longer and better hardware due to company not helping us but sail still saggs and stitching is braking. Seems are coming apart. They claim that they will exchange or refund money if poor craftsmanship well guess what the craftsmanship was absolutely awful but They have refused to help us with this and instead are trying to make it very difficult to deal with. Will never purchase or do business with again. Will report to the better business bureau and do all I can to let everyone know how terrible they are. ALSO NOT MADE OR ASSEMBLED IN AMERICA! LABEL SAYS MADE AND ASSEMBLED IN *****.Tip for consumers:Don't bother in purchasing anything from this company. Very expensive and too risky because they won't help or make it right if order is incorrect. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE order number

    I was sent a fire pit cover in the wrong color. I called them and was told I have to take pictures of the cover, label and I also included the invoice to show they had sent the wrong color. I never have had to make a case in order to return an item when it was the companys mistake. The company states the Feedback Team would respond in the next 48 hours. I did receive an acknowledgement of receiving the pictures but no decision. Then I received an email saying if I hadnt sent pictures, please do so. Ive call a number of times and am being put off by the representative saying the team will get back with me or was disconnected. It has been 6 days and I still have had no response. I wonder if the company just believes if tire of all this, Ill accept a cover I didnt order. All I want is a return mailing label and a refund.

    Terrible, sent wrong covers and tried to charge me to redo them. Stay away!
