    Terrible company and c*** products. Will not stand behind what they sale but will do everything possible to make it your fault. Purchased a tv may 10 ***** thats already c*** They want stand behind their product so pls dont purchase their junk.

    On june *************************************************** with Hisense 1 yr warranty We started to have problems with the freezer and the refrigerator in April 2025 . We reported the freezer not working on April 24th and they sent *** from One Stop repair from ** to drive to ******** MA 2 hours to repair.*** arrived and put in a fan. The next day the freezer was not working.we called again on May 1, May 3 and May 6 and they finally sent *** again on May 16th and he put in an electronic board. It didnt solve the problem and the freezer was still not working. We called again in May and they sent *** again on May 21st 10 25 AM and he installed a motor.All three service calls resulted in failed repairs; FREEZER NOT WORKING !we have called Lowes begging for help and spoke with the 800 cust service USAcenter and two assistant mgrs at Lowes . One mgr told us to get a return authorization from Hisense and they would help us with replacement. He even called Hisense himself. Hisense said they still have to come out again for another repair. this refrigerator is for a Mother with two infants that has been broken since April. The cost of the loss of food is exponential . No one is solving this. They keep giving us the run around and sending out a repair person that is not able to repair this LEMON REFRIGERATOR. It is unconsciounable that neither Hisense nor Lowes will give us a credit to buy a refrigerator with a working freezer. We would never recommend purchasing a Hisense refrigerator. They never schedule a service call when you call in; you have to wait weeks for them to call back. ***** will not give us a replacement refrigerator until Hisense provides a return authorization number. They said if they came out 3 times they would give us money back and they are refusing to do this. They are not honoring the warranty and do not care about how we have been inconvenienced for months both financially and taking time off work

    I have purchased a Hisense Frig and under warranty and they have been out to fix it 3 time, it hasnt worked since May 9th and now its now June 17th and it still isnt working. They stink but more importantly I have 2 infants. They are so unfair and please dont ever buy from them really no stars

    Bought an 84 inch and 58 inch tv 3 months ago from *******, both television does not come with bluetooth connections. Both are built in march 2024. They built inferior products i called customer service, and they are telling that theres nothing i can do with it.. i would not have bought this if i knew that this feature is missing.. would like to send this back and get my money back..

    Bought a brand new fridge not even two weeks and it's stop working !!! The warranty team really **** on calling back they promised to call back 30 minutes 12 hrs or 24 hrs and no call back ! Other that they lie so much we are done and we want our money back !!!

    0 STARS! I bought my TV exactly one and a half years ago. The screen is black, with a blue hue. I've called customer service and unfortunately the warranty is only good for one year so don't buy this TV if you expect it to last longer than a year and a half, and don't have a warranty. what a waste of money! Thanks HISENSE!!

    Purchased a dehumidifier from ****** but have to contact Hisense USA directly for repairs. Unit isn't even a year old and has E9 error code where it is not sensing humidity. It has taken 3 calls with 3 different agents telling me to send pictures via two different email addresses and texts at 3 different times. They seem to avoid resolution to push you towards your warranty end date even though the unit isn't even a year old and it has a 2 year warranty or they just try to frustrate you so you give up. Terrible business!!!!!! ****** should not sacrifice their reputation and do business with this company.

    we bought a Hisense 7.0 CU Chest Freezer in end of June 2022 and it just stopped working over the weekend.. I didnt even make it 3 years. Called customer service and the company doesnt honor their product after 2 years. We lost $100's worth of food. They didnt seem to care. Do not recommend. What a joke. I read chest freezers are supposed to last at least 10 years. ** NOT recommend this company!!!!!

    My Hisense TV work great until 45 days after the 3year warranty then the TV went died. I called to see if they will honored there warranty and they so NO. One service *** said they are having a lot of issues with there TV's. I will like so.e action. Case # H3748975.

    I purchased a 55 inch TV in Feb ******************************************************** Feb 2025, TV stopped working. I contacted the customer service and they were of no help. They were nonchalant and dismissive. I will never buy another product from this company and would encourage everyone to avoid this company like a plague.
