5 starsI've seen ***** ***** and ******* Automotive Appraisal help out many others on ******** groups that I'm a member of so when my car was rear ended, he was one of the first persons I reached out to after starting the insurance process. ***** was quick to respond and helpful with all of my questions even before we agreed to move forward together. He knows the insurance business and can help you navigate the best steps with your insurance company. Once it was confirmed my car was being totaled, I exercised my appraisal clause and that's when ******* Automotive Appraisal really went to work. While the insurance offer was okay, I was confident that ***** and his team could help me get a better cash value for my car. He exceeded my expectations in helping to negotiate a final value ~40% higher than the original insurance offer. Very professional, and easy to work with. I was walked through the details of what I needed to do to make sure I got the proper value of my car after it was terribly undervalued by my ***************** following a collision. I called multiple appraisers before *****, and I knew him and his team were fit for the job right away. ***** ***** appraised a classic truck I was looking at, he provided a detailed report and proof of license ownership. My insurance company originally offered me zero-nothing for diminished value on around $7000 damage to an almost brand new 2024 ***** Blazer RS (***** miles odometer). ****** ****** and the team did an extremely accurate and thorough DV appraisal, kept me well informed and guided me throughout the entire process, and got me a settlement value that was in excess of what I was asking for.
