***** and his team are very knowledgeable, professional, and up-front. I was introduced to concept of Diminished value (DV) two years ago with an accident to my car. ***** was very helpful in teaching me how many insurance companies will try to lowball and not issue a fair DV. Through ***** and his team's experience working with insurance companies and knowing the process, he has advocated for me and always able to help me receive a more fair DV claim. They assisted me with two separate diminished value claims on the same car. Both claims were resolved with great results that would not have been possible without their knowledge. ***** was there to direct me throughout the process. They recommended arbitration on one claim which I was hesitant to pursue. The result much closer to the appraisal then the the insurance companys offer. The difference was incredible.
