      Here lately everytime I go to the car wash on ********* ****, the washing area which I drive through is down or there's an issue. Horrible service. I tried calling corporate. No will pick up the call. A waist of my money!

      POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I just want to cancel my membership. I have spent three months writing e-mails, visiting with my local car wash attendants, making multiple requests through the online portal...and still, I keep getting charged for a service that I do not want. The actual car wash service has been great, except for the vacuum machines not being operable for almost three months at my location. I have not received any replies from actual people for over three months. I am just tryin to cancel my service. I would NOT sign up for a membership again.

      This company is the worst for services. Run the other way. They rip you off and lie. Double your membership fee.

      Assistant manager refused to let me go through because of my dog box, but he has open the gates for me numerous times in the past because he would not let me go through because he said it’s a liability but I have went there over 50 times with it in there before no problem and even the pressure wash Guy said he has washed three trucks with dog boxes today. then got very disrespectful when I asked why and then the assistant manager got rude when they told me to pull out of a very tight gap with cars riding my bumper.

      I only gave one star cause the wash itself is not bad but the customer service and misrepresentation is awful. I was greeted by a gentleman at the car wash who said he was the owner of this car wash and coaxed me into getting a membership. He assured me if I was not happy I could cancel anytime as long as it was before the renewal, just go online. After not using the wash but once because it was too far, I decided to cancel. I cancelled 4 days before the renewal and it advised me that It was recommended to cancel 7 days for processing. Needless to say I was charged today 35 dollars that is being thrown out the window. After talking to extremely rude customer service who simply says "nothing I can do policy" when I explained I was not given that policy-she tells me it was on my receipt-well thats convenient when the "owner" was finished doing anything for me-he said do you need a receipt-I said no-I didn't want more clutter-he never once alerted me that the policy was on the receipt!! Just a way to steal money from working people. After seeing all the like reviews-I'd say no wonder they are not BBB accredited!

      You have to cancel your account 7 days before the next charge date. I cancelled my account on 11/16/24 and on the same day I received this email from Tidal Wave Auto Spa “ Thank you for contacting us at Tidal Wave Auto Spa! We are sorry to see you go but have received your request to discontinue your unlimited plan. This discontinuance will be processed within 5 business days. When it is right for you we'd love to welcome you back as a Tidal Wave Auto Spa Member! Customer Service Tidal Wave Auto Spa” They still charged my card $39.99 on 12/8/24. I emailed them about the charge and their response was “we couldn’t find your account and we sent you an email.” Big fat lie, they didn’t not send me an email and of course they could find my account because it’s listed under my name, phone number and email. I sent them an email complaining about the charge after my cancellation, attached the cancellation confirmation email FROM THEM and their response was woman still refused to refund my card all because I didn’t respond to an email they NEVER sent. Liars and thieves!!!

      I just called to cancel my membership from the ******* ** location and ask for a one tIme refund they just charged me. Customer rep cancelled my membership and I was advised there would be no refund of 49.97$ they just took out. Also, had an incident that was not my fault at this location involving their car wash drive thru that resulted in my and 2 other vehicles getting damaged that they did not take responsability for. Horrible Horrible Place!

      I cancelled my membership in person, was assured it was cancelled, in September. I notice a charge from them today, October 11, so I called customer service and they wlll not reverse the charge. Stay away!

      On August 8th, I visited the Tidal Wave location in ******, GA, to cancel my car wash service. I was informed that my services were canceled on August 7th due to nonpayment, yet my card was still charged on August 9th. When I returned to the ****** location, the management assured me that my account was indeed canceled in their system and that I would receive a refund within 3 to 5 business days. If not, they told me to contact corporate. However, every attempt to reach corporate failed due to their billing system being down. The website was also unresponsive, either displaying an error message or not allowing me to complete the cancellation process. Then, on September 10th, despite the account being canceled, Tidal Wave charged my debit card again. When I went back to the ****** location, they were under construction and unable to access my account. To protect myself, I blocked Tidal Wave from charging my credit card. I finally spoke to an agent today who informed me that my account was still active, even though I had canceled it. She claimed to have permanently canceled the service. I explained the entire situation to her, verified that the services hadn't been used, and requested a refund for the last two months due to the misinformation from the ****** location and the poor customer service. Despite all of this, Tidal Wave refused to issue any refund or provide any form of customer relief. Their handling of this matter has been dishonest and obstructive, making it nearly impossible to cancel my account properly. This is unacceptable, and I need assistance to resolve this situation!
