First franklin financle did a hard inquiry on my credit report without my permission. Had a loan with them, called to tell them I would be a couple of days late on Novembers payment. Woke up the next morning with a hard inquiry on my credit report from First franklin financle. Called and spoke to the manager. She apologized stating the employee was new and that she would get the inquiry taken off my report. That never happened. When I called back I was told I needed to file a police report if I wanted the report taken off. Also, all the notes on my profile disappeared or was never entered.Business Response

************ provided application information and gave permission for her credit to be pulled in connection with applying for a loan on 11/14/22. On 11/15/22, ************ called to say that she had not given permission for her credit to be pulled and requested that the inquiry be removed because the inquiry had caused her credit score to drop. ************ was informed that we can not remove an inquiry unless the application was entered fraudulently. On 11/15/22, we cancelled the application indicating that the customer no longer wants a loan. If this application was entered fraudulently, a police report will be required for further action.

On Nov 29 I was told on an email I can't apply for a loan because there are no branches in my area but I have a ************ address but live in clarendon County I was also told their system has been down for a week and that I have to wait for the system to be up.But they can't put me in the system anyway. 1st ******** was informed by me that contract was canceled with Star Furniture due to not receiving furniture that I ordered with the furniture company, the loan was serviced by 1st ********, I informed them 3 weeks ahead of time and was told that the loan was canceled on their end, I pull my credit report and it is showing on their almost 2mths later, the loan is still active and I am receiving bills from 1st ******** for product I did not receive, It seems they both are working together to commit fraud on unsuspecting consumers, where is the money? I spoke with someone that early on at 1st ******** and told them I didnt receive any furniture she assured me the loan was cancelled, I need help because these people are preying on innocent people. The furniture was ordered on Sept 12, I was told I would receive the furniture Sept 23, never received it was told by Star Furniture Sept 30, still no furniture Oct 1 I told them to cancel the contract due to them not delivering the goods. Oct 3rd I informed 1st ******** as of yet these people have gotten money off my credit and sticking me with the bill. I want something done immediatelyBusiness Response

Conflicting credit reporting: No resolution.September 2016 InstaLoan (No longer in business) transferred Title Loans to 1st Franklin Financial. Unable to sustain loan with 1st Franklin Financial after transition due to higher payments, financial hardship stemming from unstable employment because high risk pregnancy.Voluntarily relinquished vehicle for repossession to 1st Franklin Financial in January 2017. 1st Franklin reported to Transunion Credit Report 100% paid in full.1st Franklin reported to Equifax Credit Report as 18% paid off.Unable to resolve discrepancy by other methods. Requesting both credit reports to reflect paid in full as vehicle was voluntarily relinquished for repossession to settle the debt in full. I purchased a shed and financed it through First Franklin a few months ago. I was assured of quick delivery and installation. After weeks of not getting answers on the shed, First Franklin asks for payments. This whole situation feels like a fraud. I have no product; no one knows when I will receive it. I am being affected on my credit because I can't trust anyone in this transaction. I need out of this contract. And the harassment needs to be stopped. I am rejecting this response because:
This is a lie. I told them when we discussed the contract that I would remove the fence without any problems. If they delivered it then why will it be coming from Alabama? Per a phone call, I received on Friday, 9/29/2022, after hurricane *** came through Volusia county, where I live? When they didn't know where it was, no one contacted me in over three months about my shed, no one knew where it was located and kept getting the running around from Franklin and the other shed store, and when I spoke to 1st Franklin, they told me it didn't matter, and I had to pay for it. It was after I had reported this accident to BBB that they picked up the phone to find out after all the harassment I received 4-6 times a day for over 3 months.

I need them to mail me my refund that they owe me instead of mailing me some payment coupon. When I paid in full, told them I overpaid. So have them do their job. Why would I pay $20 in gas to come get $17 & change? Had a pleasant experience with them, but I need them to make this make sense.
