    I purchased a truck from this business on 10/08/2022. When test driving the truck, I noticed a bit of a wobbly motion when driving. When asking them about this I was told that is just how the truck drives and was assured that the vehicle was problem free and completely vetted. After about 1 month of driving the vehicle the wobbly/jerky feeling got worse. I took the truck in to the service department where they found an issue with the truck's transmission. It has now been over a month since I have gotten my truck back. I am still making payments on a truck I do not even have! Not to mention all the money I am spending on ubers since the company does not offer a loaner program. At the very least I should be compensated for the payments I am making on a truck I do not have for an issue they were negligent in finding before selling the truck as 'completely healthy'. I have tried to speak with the company and was told they "can't see future issues". Seems they can't see the present issues either. Can you please help?

    I traded my 2019 Escape suv and it had some much incentives still on it and **** of Union city owes me over ******* and they only sent me a gap check which was less than the original amount and never sent the big check I have visited then over and over since March 2022 and they took my information I had from the Bank stating that my suv was paid off so I gave them the information but I never received my check ************* stated that she didnt know what I was talking about but shes the finance manager she keep saying they do not owe me this money I was told by **** that they owes me over ******* dollars she and her manager said that they still didnt know what I was talking about and kept checking the system as they claimed the last time I visited them was about 2 or 3 months ago spoke to the Gm and ************* she and the Gm said that some of the incentives I paid for was attached to the old vehicle and I wasnt getting my money back off of them and ************* stated that over ******* was subtracted from the incentives and I was only getting much less money if any I emailed all of my paperwork to ************* per her request and she still not sending me my money the first person I spoke to was ******** he faxed my information to their hr department but they never sent me a letter or explanation or check or nothing I called the headquarters they said it was nothing they can do and that they (auto nation union city) will have to settle it themselves they dont get involved and I also spoke to **** L as well

    We explained the refund charges to the customer during her last visit.  Not all of the products are cancelable and the ones that are will be pro-rated based on miles and/or term. Since the products are not from **** they would not have provided a dollar amount to be refunded.I will be happy to have a conference call with the customer and whomever she is speaking with at **** Motor Company to get better clarification.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    It is a lie per the information I received and information I gave ************** at auto nation theyre playing back and forth on not giving me the money that they owes me and if it was any incentive attached to the vehicle then it was their job to make me aware of it before signing the contract obviously they didnt care to do that at that particular time I need them to give in detail what incentives are not refundable so a person do not have to pay for it in the process they charged me for it then a refund is due to me for all of it

    If this customer has rejected my offer to have a conference call with ******************* who she claims provided her the dollar amount that she is due I am not sure what else I can do to assist.  We explained on multiple visits that not all of the products are cancelable, and the others are prorated based on mileage and time.  This can be validated by reading the contracts or calling the 800 number on them to verify. 

    My original offer still stands to assist this customer and speak with her contact at ****************** that provided the amounts that created this case.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    I have talked to them over and over again and again and theyre still procrastinating on paying me they still havent submitted any amount of money theyre paying or set to pay me but yet want to know who said this or who said that but what they need to do is stick with the factual information/statements theyve received and tell me what they are going to pay me theyre procrastinating over and over again its not about who said anything its about what they owes me and how soon will my check be mailed to me thats what is important!

    3 years ago I purchased a **** Fiesta titanium 2016 from Carvana and is , currently still covered underneath the warranty. Its been parked up at **** dealershipin union city since November 4 th 2021 I currently pay full coverage for a car insurance and a monthly car note every month it has been parked up waiting for a part that is listed as Obsolete per their **** corporate customer care service rep advised me four months later . The dealership is saying it is on on back but the **** rep told me they are no longer making the part that is suppose to be on back order. when I first originally placed the car to be fixed ***** told the part was stuck in shipping containers due to Covid-19 the part was on one of the containers They stated had no loaners and this week they called me to pick up my car because the order still isnt available **** should take back the car and provide me with replacement this is not right

    This customer's vehicle has a transmission control module that has been on backorder for over a year with ********** Company.  There are numerous class action lawsuits filed against **** and we began contacting our customers with affected vehicles in our service department offering to trade in their affected vehicles.  We met with this customer, and she chose two different vehicles that we were transferring from two different Autonation dealerships, then changed her mind and decided to tow her vehicle out and shop elsewhere.   We explained that we are the largest automotive retailer and can bring in vehicle from any location, but she declined.  The initial vehicle she chose was being shipped from a AN dealership in *******, so we did conduct a nationwide search for her. She is more than welcome to contact me directly as I spent time with her in my business office while she was signing paperwork on the 1st vehicle, she later decline.
