    When our neighborhood was wired they cut our internet for our existing company and also broke a pipe for our sprinkler system. They have come by several times soliciting business even though our neighborhood has a no soliciting policy. I told the salesman, Floyd, about the policy and he told me to call the police on him. I advised him to get off my property and I would never do business with this company.

    Since JTM changed over to point broadband in our area, we have yet to have working service. We upgraded to a higher speed plan, per their suggestion, and cannot even get 1mb.....literally nothing can run on such slow service. Also purchased a new router, as they stated the problem "must" be on our end, still no change in service. After several phone calls over days and weeks, we have yet to receive the service we are paying for or even get the call back from the manager that we were told would transpire asap. What a joke of a company! If I could leave zero stars, I would!

    We'd been seeing their vehicles in our area of southwestern Virginia for perhaps a couple of weeks, with workers putting out signs on the road, but were unaware of who they were or what they were doing.
    This morning we were awakened by a great deal of noise outside our residence.
    When we looked outside, we noticed that there was a marked Point Broadband truck parked in the intersection right in front of our residence, with the signs put out on the road.
    Within only a few minutes, there was a notable gathering of workers in the area. There were vehicles parked in our driveway and also in the driveway of our adjacent property.
    The workers offloaded at least two four-wheelers and took them through our front yard and onto our back property.
    After putting up with this for a couple of hours, my wife walked out to one of the vehicles parked in our driveway to ask what was going on.
    She was told, "We're with Point Broadband. We're hanging fiber optic cable."
    When asked why they felt entitled to park in the driveways of both our adjacent houses--- without once even asking permission to do so--- we were informed that they are entitled to access 'right of ways' to get to existing cable/telephone lines.
    When we remarked that it would have been appreciated to have the courtesy of a knock on the door to request permission to do so, and to arbitrarily run their 4-wheelers and vehicles through our front yard and onto our property, the response was, "Well, we didn't know if anyone was at home and we didn't want to knock on the door and maybe wake anybody up."
    As if the general noise created by all their vehicles and activity would not do the same?!
    We never asked for Point Broadband, nor did we ever agreed to allow them to access our property....... but a simple 'by your leave' , beforehand , would have been appreciated!
    Such appears to be out of the question, for this company:
    they are the epitome of ENTITLED and UNPROFESSIONAL!

    Point Broadband apologizes for any inconvenience as we build our fiber optic network to provide customers with high-speed internet in Rural areas. We do have access to right of ways, but we will be sure to inform property owners of what to expect when we are working in their area.

    We don’t have other choice as there are no other providers that serves our area… I work from home and our service is down more than up, when is running never runs on speed we pay for.
    You cannot get anyone in technical support. And when you get anyone on the phone there is always an excuse for bad service.
    We just want to receive the service we are paying for!

    The internet service is down more than up. The service never runs on speed we pay for. You cannot get anyone in technical support. I have service in two different locations and there is always an excuse for bad service. I just want it fixed. That is all I ask. To get what I am paying for. We don't have any other choice.

    We have reviewed Mr. Sellers account and unfortunately, he disconnected his services and chose another provider.
