Recently signed up for this scam company at my local gym. Its called Ohh Yeah fitness. It seemed like a legitimate personal training business. The trainer I had was the owners wife of the gym. When asked about how to cancel she could never provide the contact number or address of the business, given shes the owners wife you would think she would know lots of info about it and also how she works for them. Eventually she sent a link to a website which provided a contact email that I never got a response back from when trying to cancel. The trainer herself says shes not affiliated with the gym but just uses it because Ohh yeah fitness lets them. The owner goes by two different last names which is sketchy and also his wife goes by two different first names. Its a really shady company that get you as soon as your sign a contract. The personal training sessions dwindled down to an average of 30 minutes a week and the major reason why I wanted to cancel since I was getting less value than what I was paying for. As soon as they get you to sign that contract they basically just do whatever without any repercussions since they already have you trapped paying ************************************************************* not. I would love for these scammers to be taken down because theyre ruining peoples lives, stealing from them and damaging their credit for self gain and greed.

I was a client for several years and the trainers are great. I really liked working with the people and the staff. I have stopped training since January this year and I have been trying to cancel the month to month plan I am on but there is no way to do it online or by phone. I am continually getting charges and now late fees on those for services I never got nor do I intend to continue. I have called them and they say they cannot help me cancel anything. Been told this twice now. I am now sending emails daily to them basically asking for a representative to speak to me. My suggestion if you want training seek elsewhere. Sure its good and smart to get healthy but this is added stress I dont need.

Easy to sign up, and the program itself is very good. The problem comes when trying to cancel the automatically renewing contract. Seems the e-mails sent from their website to contact them goes into a black hole somewhere and is never responded to.

This is a literal legal scam. They have annoying gym bros pressure obvious people who have no knowledge about gym or personal training and s**** them out of HUNDREDS of dollars. 100$ for a 30 minute session a week, ive gotten more information by looking up workouts on *******, if these personal trainers even bother to show up on time. I was told that this was apart of the gyms program after i told them i had no knowledge with gyms or personal trainers so perfect for people looking to scam others, they throw me through a bunch of information quickly and then talk about overly expensive prices, as i said over and over again im sorry i cant afford any of this i had no clue about the prices until AFTER they did everything. One of the personal trainers sat in silence sulking giving me a creepy angry look as the other one just kept saying well lets make this work we can figure out a price, so annoying and unprofessional. As im trapped in a room with two men twice my size who wont seem to take no for an answer i agree just to get out and after i tried canceling multiple times, big surprise i am charged every month. i call my gym MULTIPLE times to speak to these personal trainers who say they will cancel my membership and they will contact whoever is in charge, send me a link over text messages, i send a message on their sketchy website and of course never hear anything back. if you email them they respond maybe once a week and refuse to acknowledge your multiple attempts to cancel and just try to milk you out of any money they can for their less than mediocre training. I have multiple text messages of me requesting to have this canceled and then no response or a response saying theyll talk to someone or for me to send a message and then i receive no response. once they get you youre screwed and they will do anything they can to lose your messages or ignore you so they can take more of your money. you are UNABLE to cancel due to their negligence and scamming

Do not do business with this business!!!!! They will say they lost a cancelation request even if you do it in the first 3 days of signing the contract that is a trap to get your money. Their trainers are terrible and know nothing about really working-out and creating good eating and life habits.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This is the absolute WORST company and their employees are just as bad. I signed up with Golds gym back in Sept. Shortly after, I received a text about personal training. I met with ******************* a few days later. During our meeting we talked about my goals and then about pricing. I told him I would think about it and get back with him, and of course, he insisted I sign up. I asked him if there were any cancellation fees or contract and he said No, you can cancel your month-to-month at anytime. I asked because at the time my father wasnt doing well at all and ended up passing in October. I wasnt going to sign an additional contract for training since I already had one for my gym membership. Anyways, we went to **** to fill out my paperwork and when he asked me to sign he said, this is just giving us permission to charge your credit card, sign and initial ******** did, not knowing it was an actual contract! So fast forward to December, I reached out to the gym to let the know I had to cancel, whoever answered the phone took my information and said ok. I was charged in January and of course, I called to find out why. Well come to my surprise, I was supposed to cancel through lighthouse and I didnt even know who that was or why. I filled out a request to contact online, and shortly after I received a response saying I signed a contract and it would be $299 plus the month to cancel. I explained to them what all had happened, but none of that matters. *** spoken with the gym manager over **********************, and the manager over personal training, ********************* and they cant do anything about it. I reached back out to operations to request a payment plan for the cancellation fee and no, thats not allowed and theyre in no hurry to respond. Yes, it is my fault I didnt read what I signed, but ******************* and everyone else whos done this to people, know EXACTLY what theyre doing! Its sickening how dishonest and nasty people are.

Worst customer service Ive ever received. They want me to pay $299 plus any fees within the next 30 days to get out of a contract that they have not been to uphold. We were promised services that we never received. After attempting to communicate with them, their emails have become increasingly more aggressive.

I signed a contract with them on 12-29-23 for a year and was well pleased with their service. A week later, they informed me that the quoted rate was too low and they canceled the contract. I agreed to a new contract with the stipulation that the cost of the original contract would be refunded. They stated the refund was issued on 1-4-24. As of this date, there is no refund on my credit card; yet they are taking out the new contract amount. I have tried numerous times to talk with the local representative and they only repeat that the refund was issued and give me the brush off. I tried calling the phone number listed on my credit card statement and it is no longer in service. I tried calling the phone number listed on the BBB site. It is a fax number. I want to continue with their services but I also want my refund.

I thought I could cancel anytime and didnt even realize I was signing a year contract. Also, you have to pay a huge penalty fee just to cancel, which I wasnt even told that before signing a contract that I thought was just a waiver.

I am a former employee for this horrendous company, during my time there, they have paid me incorrectly every pay check, they have refused to pay my commissions for sold personal training contracts, stating the contracts were done incorrectly however those said contracts are billing the people who signed up for training. They also are hiring trainers or attempting to hire trainers with no PT certifications. There sales calls are all about locking people into *********************************************** they do not care what happens next. I have never seen a worse run business by people who have zero business being in a health and wellness community. They need to be stopped from ruining peoples lives
