      I was stalked, and coerced into signing the contract that I thought I was able to cancel at any time (which I was lied to about) not to mention my trainer on the second free session took it upon himself to spot me when I didnt need spotted and by spotting me he put his entire genitalia up against my behind and then giggles and says sorry then tries to offer me free sessions i believe this man used his power and the coercion of health and fitness to try to commit SA and be a PREDATOR! I havent been back to my gym or worked out since because Im honestly scared of the way that people use their power when Im just trying to maintain my health I havent had one session, I told him how uncomfortable I was. There are no women trainers and now they want me to pay over $200 to get out of the contract. disgusting. I believe light house management allows SA and charges people on fraud and coercion. I have been In contact with my lawyer.

      I am having the worst time getting a response after following the instructions on cancellation and the policy. Soon I will be charged for something I have made clear to cancel and I have not received my refund. I canceled the same day I signed up sent a letter post marked before my right of recession day. Along I submitted my information and still no response!!! I am lost for words on how unprofessional and hard this process has been. They have no way to connect to the corporate office which is horrible. And of course the manager at the gym is terrible.

      I signed up with Lighthouse Fitness in TN and received poor service. Without notice, the trainers would not show up. As a result of this, I canceled my contract with them. But that has been a nightmare on its own. I paid my first and last month when signing the contract, and now they're requesting I pay money for the next billing cycle as it falls within my 30-day cancellation window, in addition to over $777.36 for canceling. They are charging me over $1100 for choosing not to do business with them because they are unprofessional and cannot provide consistency to dedicated clients. This business is a scam. I do not want to do business with a company that breaches a contract, lacks accountability, and then ignores you numerous times when you say you would like to cancel. I consistently voiced my displeasure to the manager and how I did not feel comfortable because of the lack of professionalism and consistency, but I kept getting the run-around.

      This company needs to be put out of business. My husband and I were told by the trainer st the **************, ** location that we could cancel at any time without any cancelation fees. We were no longer able to workout at this gym and had to cancel. Then we were told it's a $300 cancelation fee and until we pay that fee, they keep our membership active and then the membership fees rack up eventhough you're not using their services. In addition to that, we never used their services because the trainer kept over booking us with other clients and there were never other trainers available to train us. We've reached out to them twice and they're charging us $700 in fees for NEVER using their services. If we don't pay this then they've threatened to report us to the collections agency.

      They will lie to you. They will **** you every month after the contract is up. This is absolutely unethical. Theyre unprofessional , lack leadership and communication. 10 GYM should rethink about partnering with them. Im canceling my membership to 10 GYM immediately because of their association with Lighthouse Fitness. I have a feeling more people will follow because of them.

      These statements are not accurate of factually based whatsoever. We have had extensive correspondence with this member and have advised the available processes to cancel his agreement. We do have a renewal clause (which is initialed by the member and not hidden whatsoever) which allows the member to retain the same rate on a month to month basis after the initial term, and clear instruction is provided in the signed agreement regarding how this renewal may be cancelled. We have referenced the signed and intialed agreement with the member, who has stated that despite the agreement clearly detailing the mutual agreement between parties, he does not consider it a binding document. All services the member has paid for remain available for use and the 30 day notice was immediately commenced upon the member's written request to do so.

      It took me several minutes to sign the 1-year personal training agreement with Lighthouse Fitness located at South *** 10 Gym. First, I fully appreciate the work and encouragement of my assigned trainer!Everything was good until I received and accepted an unexpected, out-of-state job offer. I notified the company as soon I decided to take the job (the end of June) and requested contract cancellation. According to the agreement, I needed to provide my updated ID with my new address on it and the lease or mortgage documents for my new apartment/house--BOTH within 30 DAYS. Otherwise, there is an early termination (ET) fee of $1036.80 for me, plus, the last monthly payment ($480).For two months of personal training, I have already paid, $2,525.80. I have been notified by Lighthouse Fitness and affiliate 10GYM, that I will be charged an additional $480 for August for a total a amount of $3,005.80.I was also notified that the company would WAIVE the last charge of $480 if I would change my rating/review of the company from 2 stars to 4.

      I don't have any complaints about the services I received, however, I decided to cancel the renewal of my contract. The agreement states I would be charged 12 payments of $180 with the first payment being on 6/18/21. I made all those payments. The last payment should have been on May 18, 2022. However I was charged a $180 on June 18, 2022. I had to cancel my debit card yesterday to avoid being charged today, July 18 because they WILL NOT CANCEL MY ACCOUNT and WILL NOT RESPOND.As per the contract, I sent a certified letter on April 6, 2022 notifying Lighthouse Fitness Management to cancel the auto renewal for personal training services agreement I entered into on 6/11/2021 at the ************* location in *************, **. NO RESPONSE. I also sent two messages using the contact form on the website. NO RESPONSE. I sent an email to to the customer service email 5 days ago. NO RESPONSE. I talked to the ** manager at my local gym and he said he could only leave a note. I told him that when I Googled the corporate office there is no phone number and the office looks to be "temporarily closed". He said all communication with the corporate office had to be through the contact form on the website. and that they would respond in 48 hours. I told him I had already tried that weeks ago. Again, I don't have a problem with my trainer or the local manager. They are in a bad spot.My only course of action was to cancel my debit card so they couldn't take any additional payments out of it. A hassle, but I've seen so many complaints that I have little hope of this ever being resolved.Lighthouse Fitness Management needs to be shut down immediately. The corporate office is clearly missing in action.

      I dont normally write reviews but this by FAR has been the WORST service I have ever received. My husband and I had signed up for their service back in March of 2022. We were excited to get some help with our fitness journey, but that is where all of our hope ended. We waited for about a month with NO reply from anyone. We tried going up to the gym to cancel but every time we did no one was there to help. We finally made it one day, just in time, only to get told that we have to contact headquarters about canceling our contract. Let me just put this out there, THERE IS NO PHONE NUMBER TO CALL!!! My husband spent countless days submitting a form to them about cancelling our contract but they NEVER cared to answer back. I am frustrated and out of a LOT of money that I wish to get back since we never once used their service. I am beyond frustrated and ready to have this nightmare end.
