5 stars***** and his crew did an OUTSTANDING job installing my beautiful new sliding glass door this morning. It's made with heavier glass, and now I cannot hear the fountain outside, the traffic passing near my home, or any sirens anymore. The new sliding door closes smoothly and easily, as it should, and the screen door glides with just a touch of a finger and locks in place, as well. The expert detail work included using a leveler, meticulous caulking around the door frame, and, of course, cleaning my new glass doors. I believe that ***** must be a perfectionist because everything looks PERFECT. 5 starsWe found these folks when they did our daughter's windows and was impressed with the workmanship and speed. When the time came a few weeks back for our windows to be done we called them and the job they did was perfect - every window looked pristine. They were even able to replace a large window in the master bath with a dual pane unit with textured glass. We got the xenon filled windows which has made a great difference in internal temperatures. The excellent workmanship caused us to decide on another project: replacing our front door and sidleights. Yesterday the same crew came out and in less than three hours had replaced the entire door, frame and sidelights: again, excellent workmanship, excellent quality, and the installation now matches the windows. Pinnacle is prompt, professional, and I cannot recommend them highly enough.Review fromTB C

We used Pinnacle to replace all our windows with double hung and purchase 2 solid doors (one for the garage and one for the basement). We already had 2 window companies give us estimates, but they would change the price depending on what we bought. Pinnacle was very straight forward--they added a SET amount to each window that was above their cost. NO dickering, plain and simple. Not only that, when I went to the showroom the owner showed me exactly the SMALL differences in the windows we were going to purchase from another company. He didn't try to 'steal' my business from another company, because I was only there to see the differences in a large window vs a small demo piece. That was a few years ago and I finally was cleaning the upstairs windows and I couldn't get it back together after taking it apart :/ I called the office, which is only 15 minutes away to see if they could explain over the phone. Instead, one of the employees came to the house on his lunch break to show me!!! Since it was cold that day, that was a real blessing. Now that's what I call CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

5 stars***** and crew just finished installing the windows on our home. It was a big job, 35 windows, but they completed the work efficiently and without any delays. They arrived on time each morning and cleaned up before leaving each day. They even swept the street near their trailer to be sure nothing was left that would damage tires or look unsightly. The entire crew was courteous, friendly, and all of them worked steadily throughout the day. No one was on their phone or goofing off. We've had other crews on different remodeling jobs whose work ethics were hit or miss. These guys were top notch. They treated our home as if it were theirs and with utmost care. When they finished ***** clearly explained how to operate and clean the windows (double-hung). It was reassuring to know these windows were installed with expert knowledge and the installation and caulking/sealing was excellent. We can't say enough about how pleased we are with their work and professionalism. We wholeheartedly recommend ***** and his crew and Pinnacle windows. Great service, great windows. ***** and crew were the most professional team of window installers I could ever wish for. They were meticulous about my installation and I am confident that my 26 windows were installed perfectly. They take pride in their work which is rare today. Pinnacle salesman, ******, was patient with my many questions about the windows and the installation. It was a no nonsense quote process. Pinnacle and Okna windows represent quality at an affordable price. No sales pressure or 2 hour presentations like other companies. *****'s crew left the ******* everyday spotless. Thank you so much for the most painless, stress less remodel Ive ever had done. ***** was helpful in setting us up with an appointment for ***** to come out and give us an estimate. No high pressure sales here. ***** was helpful in redoing our estimate when we changed our minds on the windows we wanted. Then, ***** and his crew came out and installed our windows and door in 2.5 days. ***** and crew were very professional and conscious of any repairs needed. They cleaned as they went along and you wouldnt know they had been here, except for the new windows they installed. Pinnacle just replaced my front door and 60 windows. The thought of having to replace this many windows was daunting until I found Pinnacle. I had such a positive experience as everyone I interacted with at the company, including the owner ***, along with his team (***** and *****) fully educated me on my options but were not pushy at all. Their vast knowledge and ability to answer my many questions allowed me to trust that they were the best choice for my door and window needs. We got 12 quotes for windows on our 22-year-old drafty house from all the usual Window companies. The Pinnacle Window and Siding salesman, ****, came out and gave us a no-nonsense pitch. An excellent product at competitive prices. My neighbor also used them and praised their value and superior installation experience. ***** and his crew came out on the 3 coldest days in December (low 20s), on time every day, and just did an excellent job. They are so efficient that they rarely have to talk to one another, it was symphonic in precision. Courteous, clean and personable. Day one they did the upstairs and overnight you could feel the difference. They completed the entire house in 2.5 days 30 plus windows, freezing temps, and gave us a huge improvement. The Okna windows not only perform well, they look great. Thanks to the Pinnacles staff of professionals for a great product and experience at a reasonable price.Pinnacle Window & Siding Co.

Top notch service from my initial call requesting a quote to completed installation. ***** and his crew did a fantastic job. They were very respectful of our home and landscaping while doing the installation of our 30 new windows. They took care of all the rotted wood around the old windows. They also removed all the window coverings, blinds and curtains, and replaced them once the new window was installed. The crew was very methodical in their approach to the installation, working on and completing one area before moving on to the next. This minimized any disruption to our schedule. Had we known how good Pinnacle Window & Siding is, we would not have put off this project as long as we did!Pinnacle Window & Siding Co.

5 starsI am very please with my experience. ***** came to my home and took the time to educate me on the different types of windows and what to questions to ask if interviewing other vendors. Communication throughout the process was good. ***** and his crew showed up on time the day of installation. They were professional, kind, and cleaned up well. When chatting with him I came to find out that they are a family business - the women I scheduled with is his wife and his son-in-law was one of the crew members. I always like to support family businesses having come from one myself. I would highly recommend them.
