  I purchased a product without doing my due diligence to determine lead times. After purchasing, I realized there was a lead time that would prevent the product from arriving on time, within my schedule, as I had an event which required I have this product. I reached out, just asking about lead time confirmation, and I was met with an agent that went above and beyond for me. The agent was able to get my product shipped out, despite traditional lead time, by reaching out directly to and working with the manufacturer. Two morals of this story read the description, and only buy if you are okay with the listed lead time AND bulletproof zone is an incredible company that responds quickly and goes out of their way for their customers!

  While ordering through their website was easy enough, their customer service was STELLAR! I had a question regarding delivery of my order and was almost immediately answered and then subsequently followed up with until all of my items arrived. I think they were watching my tracking info closer that I was ****** After I received all of my items I got another follow up email asking if everything was to my liking and if they could do anything more to assist me.

  Not sure what is going on with those older reviews but Bulletproof Zone is the real deal and has outstanding customer service.I placed an order for 3 items, all from different manufacturers. It was easy to order and I received confirmation and updates. 2 of the items arrived just as ordered and I love them.My long sleeve tee shirt arrived quickly but it was short sleeved. *** the customer service rep handled the issue in minutes, confirmed a long sleeve tee was on the way and did not require me to return the short sleeved item.I cannot say enough nice things about Bulletproof Zone!Val and *** in ******, **

  Great customer service. After placing my order online (*****), I found a discount code online. I reached out to customer service and ******** was quick to respond and apply the discount to my purchase. I would defiantly be a returning customer!!!

  I placed my order months ago. 2 months ago I got an email saying it shipped. when I click on my tracking number it only says a label was created, so nothing was actually shipped.
